Making an appointment was easy. I only had to wait a couple minutes after checking in to be seen. The office is very upscale and lovely. But most importantly, Dr. Lamarre seems like an amazing doctor. Both times she was caring and took her time with me. She seemed extremely knowledgable too. Best doctor that I've seen in a long time. I mentioned briefly during my appointment that I didnt have a dentist because my insurance changed. The next day she emailed me with a list of dentists that she personally knows and likes nearby. I cant believe she remembered that. Those personal touches are so appreciated. So far, I am SO impressed by her and her staff. You do have to register and pay with One Medical Group to see Dr. Lamarre, which originally annoyed me (I have to pay extra?!), but honestly it's been worth it. Their app is very useful and it's easy and fast to get in contact with them, no wait times, easy prescription refills, etc etc. So the little extra to join was worth it. Highly recommended.

My experience with Dr. Lamarre has been a pleasant one. She does the usual vitals and health questions and asked about my family history. She had me do blood work, which is done on the premises which is very convenient. After the meeting, she emails me as soon as the results come in from the lab and invites me to discuss the results. We discuss what my options were and recommended specialist I can see. She send me the referrals by email and any prescriptions I need are electronically sent it to either my pharmacy or express scripts (if I ask for mail delivery). Since I have diabetes, she's follow up and if I feel I need to see her anytime, she's readily available. I love the personalized approach I get from her.

I made an appointment at 8am in the morning, had to wait for an hour until I could see the DR Katz, then waited one and a half hour extra for a simple bloodwork. When I called for the results, they refused to release them until I had to litteraly yell at them (no joke), I have a pretty good insurance, but for some reason they used another lab and sent me a bill of $500, this is the worst practice ever. Do yourself a favor and never go there.

However I'm moved to do so after being consistently overwhelmed by the exceptional degree of care afforded us by Dr Gidwani, her nurse practitioner Alexa, the front desk and email support team. Countless emails I've sent - all replied to within minutes or hours, no matter the time of day or night. Four visits - all efficient and productive. But the love that Dr Gidwani and Alexa show my son in these appointments is what's most staggering. I couldn't recommend them more passionately.

Dr Levin is very thorough, made me feel very relaxed and I was never rushed. After surgery I spoke with Dr Levin at least twice a week to check my Coumadin levels and my general progress.
