Eventually I found Belmont Hospice. I spoke with Yvonne, and she explained that hospice care is a right and even told me if for some reason Kaiser or Medicare wouldn't pay, Belmont wouldn't charge us and that Belmont has never charged a client directly. That night Belmont sent their own doctor out to evaluate my grandmother. She of course did qualify for hospice care so Belmont sent a nurse out ASAP. They provided us with the materials and equipment to properly care for my grandmother. The entire process went exactly as Yvonne described and they were compassionate throughout. They really came through at a difficult time, and I can't praise Yvonne enough for really grabbing hold of the situation and making it all happen on short notice. I'm amazed they don't have more reviews.

He was very caring and very realistic. The staff from the receptionist to the social worker are amazing. My mom was in my home during her Hospice care and I was her caregiver. Sherene was her case manager nurse and was always available no matter what time of the day. I always looked forward to the Social Worker Shekinah visits as she always made me feel I needed to take care of myself. She always showed sincere concern of my mental and physical care. Comparing my experience with the first Hospice and Inland Regional, I'm so blessed to have Inland Regional with me when my Mom passed away.

I didn't have to do their jobs for them! And I was so happy to know my aunt was in good hands. The other company I had to help and do their job for them. Or show them how to care for her. Today as I wrote this my aunt passed away. I called them and they were here within the hour. Called the mortuary and took care of her for her cleaned up and ready for pick up. A wonderful lady named Anya came to my house to talk to me and my sister about everything they do, the next day they were at my mom's house, setting everything up, we have two beautiful nurses that come Tuesday Iris and Thursday Dioceline, theses ladies are our angels on earth. They check her vitals, report to the doctor, if we need anything they take care of it. Alta is open 24/7, if you need someone to come out they are there within minutes.
