This was a standard option when garage shopping Los Angeles but every garage pro in the area had never sold or seen what I looking for and the closest option, which still didn't satisfy our requirements, was 2-3x the price of most doors. Fast forward to Ricky at Garage Door Pro who went above and beyond to research for options outside of his normal network. He ended up finding a Harmonn model that fit the bill, which was more reasonably priced. The new supplier had a delay and shipping issues that weren't Ricky's fault but he constantly kept tab on things for us. After a couple of months, the door arrived and Ricky delivered/installed it within a week in less than 4 hours. It came with a fresh door track, trim and other parts. So far, we haven't had any issues and I don't anticipate any but we have a 90-day service warranty and 3 year product warranty. I would definitely recommend their price competitive, high quality services to others!

I was called Tuesday morning to confirm, and given a rough ETA and the name of the person who would be coming out for the repair. And then a final call from Jim when he was on the way. So, A+ for scheduling and A+ for communication. When Jim arrived, I explained what was happening (of course the door opener was working fine when he came) and my husband explained further what he had been doing to try assessing the issue. After taking our information into account, he set to work making necessary adjustments to fix the issue and then giving everything a good once-over just to be thorough. Jim explained everything that he saw, what adjustments were made, and showed me how to realign the sensors if needed. A+ for friendly service. I've never needed a garage door repair so have no frame of reference for cost, but I'm not unhappy at all with the price I paid for next day service. I do believe it was fair. I'm confident that everything will stay in good working order with proper maintenance on my part. If I should need anything further, I know who I'm reaching out to for help!

I'm considering ordering new doors for both garages also along with another opener for second garage door. Michael's wife came along to assist which I thought was pretty awesome. Original garage doors were put in by a retired fella named Paul who trained Michael many years earlier. Old school, fair, honest and responsive is how I'd describe Michael. Was a great experience overall. I went with model I felt comfortable with although Michael had another alternative that was about $100.00 more that was a bit quieter with a belt he said. Personally, the one I have now I do not consider to be loud at all and am pleased with the new opener. Michael helped me re-program outside pad to get into garage which I thought was great. I will use again. Prices on openers are going up so I'd move fast if you need one now because he has a few left in inventory he said.
