I found Leticia (owner) and ABLV through Yelp when I submitted a request for cleaning services. I ended up hiring them for a deep clean and monthly cleaning. However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. The owner Leticia Veras asked me to pay a $50 deposit for a move-out cleaning of my condo in Arlington, VA. She previously cleaned my place once before 1 year ago. I sent her a Zelle payment of $50 to lock in the confirmed date/time, and price. Just as the the time and date approached, Leticia texted me at the last minute to say that she had to raise the price and change the date/time. I told her that her proposed schedule and sudden increase in price didn't work for me. I asked for my refund back. She responded that she'd send me the refund. Very disappointed in the cleaning that was done. For a move in she provided a list of items that she would do and she maybe did one or two at a standard level. Not really sure other than vacuum- not much else! Frustrating! Initially, I sent text messages thanking for a job well done because at a glance the house looked and smelled clean. This "business " is very unprofessional. The owner had already rescheduled my date before and then 30 min before her scheduled time to arrive she texts to say her car broke down on the highway. Ok stuff happens. She sent a long message apologizing and asking to reschedule once again. Instead of texting I wanted to speak with her. I called, she didn't answer. I texted asking her to give me a call. She responded via text saying she was waiting on the tow truck and she would call back shortly. How much time does it take to pick up the phone? This was a horrible experience. I hired this company to do move out cleaning after I had work done in my house, and prior to taking photos for listing my home for sale. They only half did the job and left the house so dirty that I had to cancel the photographer. They failed to clean the master bathroom all together, left bits of painters tape on the baseboards, left dust all over the kitchen floor and counters, the refrigerator only half-wiped out, etc. This was one of the worst cleaning jobs I have ever seen. When I reached out to complain, they said someone must have come in and done work after they left! Ridiculous as they were the last contractors scheduled to work in the house. She was responding and giving me a good conversation then told me to "find someone else" because I asked her did the girls she was sending to clean speak any English and she told me one of them do but very little so I told her ok as long as they could complete the job And that I could also use google translate if needed and she replied with her girls wouldn't be comfortable so I need to find someone else . There's a huge difference between cleaning something and wiping it down with a rag. This company is yet another example of a company who lazily wipes things down. I requested a turnover service and Ablv cleaning seemed to have the best reviews. They did an excellent job cleaning parts of the kitchen (cabinets had grease buildup and they restored them to like-new) and the fridge clean was good, but not great. They vacuumed cabinets to remove crumbs and dust, but did not clean or sanitize the insides, leaving sticky and splash marks from lived-in use. They also completely missing under the sink. They completely missed the bathroom shower head and rod (both needed a scrub) and did not clean the walls of the shower at all. Only 3/4 of the drawers under the sink were cleaned. Windows were done, but left very streaky and the girls did not know how to open the windows. Ceiling fixtures were sloppily wiped down, but mostly they moved a rag around inside and made marks in the gathered dust. Three girls spent three hours in the unit after I very clearly explained to them what to do and I'm not sure what they were doing for the entire time. They definitely did not follow instructions because I kept finding more dirty things after they left. I gave most of this feedback to the owner, but had to go back through and clean after they cleaned, which defeats the purpose of hired help. For three people for three hours, way better and more work should have been delivered. I was very hopeful that I would be satisfied with their service so I could hire them to do my own home on a regular basis--and communicated that to the owner who swore her girls did excellent work. We Ablv cleaning service comes and clean our home. My wife was very impressed with the job that was performed by Leticia and the crew and she is very reluctant to use a cleaning service. They all was so professional and kind. The bathroom, kitchen and bed rooms was very clean. Her prices are very affordable as well. Other than one of the team members walking the wrong way to go to there vehicle after they were finished ( I think she was tired from working so hard lol) I have no complaints and will you again if I need her and team services.
