At first I was concerned about the process at Car Craft. They wanted to have me drop my car off with just the insurance companies estimate. They told me they would start then, order the parts and fix it. I didn't plan on getting a rental but couldn't be without my car for very long. After looking at it they estimated they would have my car back to me in 10 days. So basically 8 business days. (To be honest i wasn't happy but what could i do?) They actually texted me the entire time with updates. On the following Monday (so 4business days in) that my car was over halfway finished but they still estimated a pickup date of Friday. Then on Tuesday i got a message that the car was almost completely finished and that i could possibly pick it up on Wed. When Tuesday rolled around they called about 2:30 to say it was ready! I was ecstatic!!! (It was only 5 business days!) Unfortunately for me i was stuck at way later than they were open so i went to grab it the next morning. Now i keep my car pretty clean but when they pulled it around to the front door for me(such a nice touch) It looked so fabulous! The bumper was back to looking brand new! I took it home and looked at it very closely in the sunlight. Now I know(my Was-bend is a car painter by trade) that metallic paint is extremely hard to match and expensive to paint because you have to paint it in 3 stages. And when you are trying to blend the metallic it is very difficult to make it look right. Anyway you can NOT tell that anything has been repaired or replaced. And I'm pretty sure they detailed the interior AND the exterior of the car! There were a few minor scuffs that have disappeared , as well! I've never had that experience before at an autobody place! I'm a chick and they never made me feel uncomfortable or dumb and that's not been common for me. Also everyone was SO nice! You can tell they all love working there! They all were full of smiles! Wow what an amazing experience! Also my insurance adjuster said that they are considered a preferred provider for them and that they have been working together for years and they guarantee their work for the entire time you own the vehicle! And all i did was make the appointment and drop it off. I didn't have to contact my insurance or bring them a check. Everything was handled. I just paid my deductible when i picked up my ride. So if you are looking for a place to get your vehicle repaired CALL THEM!

This time they fixed the body but as soon as I got into the car I noticed the warning lights were still on and a portion of the safety features were offline. I immediately returned to the shop and asked the service tech about it. She said they don't do the electronics part and I'd need to go back to the Mazda dealership to have them do it. Over the next 4 months my car was in the Mazda shop on and off for over 30 days with no results. They didn't know how to fix it so my insurance agent sent me back to Car Craft to get the safety features back online. My car wasn't there but an hour and magically it was repaired and back to normal. I was without my car for weeks and driving without safety features and they somehow fixed it when they originally said they couldn't. The final insult was that they didn't attach the bumper panels properly so they still pop out. I am very disappointed since they had previously been stellar. The tech either didn't know the process to fix the issue or just wanted me to go away. And the bumper popping out is just sloppy work. Really a shame.

Extremely Disappointing Service Department!…read more We brought our Holiday Rambler to Byerly in June for several repairs, including a significant water leak near the door. After more than two months, nearly $4,000 in charges, multiple trips, and two assurances that the leak had been fixed, the RV continued to leak when it rained. What was especially frustrating was learning that one repair was supposedly tested by spraying water on the RV while supervising staff stood outside rather than inside checking for leaks. Eventually, we were told the problem was the awning over the door, the same area they claimed to have repaired during our original visit. We had recently purchased a separate and expensive RV from Byerly, so we expected a much better level of service and workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has eliminated our confidence in their Service Department. Our Holiday Rambler is finally back, although we still don't know whether the leak is actually fixed. One thing is certain: we will not voluntarily bring our RV back to Byerly for service. Having an extended warranty that may require us to deal with this department in the future makes the experience even more disappointing. A message was left for the Service Department Manager, Steve, asking him to call me back in reference to a complaint about the service we received. As of this writing, he has not called me back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

When I decided not to fix my car and junk it instead because of high $2000 deductible, the Habib guy wasn't having it and said to me straight up in my face, i think you should give me at least $100 for all this. Had i listened to Progressive, Progressive would appoint one for free. Nobody ever charges for estimates. Never again. I'm even gonna put him on tiktok for robbing people to stay away.
