I was told multiple times that I would receive a work order showing the deposit, but that documentation was never provided. Communication has been extremely poor. Messages often go unanswered, and when I do receive a response, it is usually another excuse or delay. I have also been waiting for my deposit to be refunded, which has still not happened. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. A reputable business should provide documentation, communicate with customers, and either complete the job or return the customer's money promptly. At this point, I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded as promised. I hope this review encourages the business to resolve the issue and helps other customers be cautious before leaving a deposit.

Cannot say enough about alpha glass & mirror. I put my order in for an antique mirror on Friday…read moremorning around 10am. I got a call around 11:30am that it was ready for pickup. After trying to install it ourselves, we realized it maybe didn't fit and that we had measured incorrectly. On Tuesday ( after Labor Day weekend) we called to see if we can have it picked up to be cut down a bit. The owner, Marcos, came by and measured. He said we had the measurements correct and he helped install the mirror by maneuvering it around. He took his time and made sure we were completely satisfied. The mirror came out better than we expected. Price was very fair as well. Will definitely recommend them.
