Dino came and measured, Donna sent me a couple of different proposals as i wasn't sure what i wanted. then i switched the window configuration completely and they said they could accomodate and poor Donna had yet another proposal to send. Gino came out and measured again and went over some specifics. the biggest hurdle we had was my hoa, they took forever as they kept switching property managers. finally got approved Vico applied for the permit and and voila.....i have beautiful windows. the installers were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Donna arranged for the inspection and 2 more representatives were here during that and then removed the window stickers and left me with warranty paperwork and important info and i am tickled pink. i highly recommend hiring Vico Windows, they are a terrific company to work with.

I, on the other hand, had a FIVE STAR EXPERIENCE having my 50-year old windows and doors replaced. Everything was explained in detail perfectly. You can save 3% if you pay cash. But you can also pay via CC if you want your miles/points. The terms were fine (50% order/Balance after installation). The timeline was spot on (10-12 week lead time), permit opened with city, city inspected, permit closed. All was flawless and they do an amazing job of follow up. I have also recommeded them to the other 44 owners in my condo complex who have not already replaced their windows and doors. I cannot believe how quiet it is inside my condo now. The total install time was less than 2 days, and everyone was friendly, efficient, and professional. To begin with, Heath will be your consultant, measure and give you estimates, talk about color options, etc.. We went with dark bronze, which is a very rich dark brown (almost black). Heath is so great at answering questions and getting back to you promptly. He made the process very pleasant and stress free. Once the decision is made, the measurements will be double-checked by another person, and doors/windows will be ordered. They will work with HOAs and will do all the permitting and inspection scheduling. On the day of the inspection, you will have someone come early,make sure all is good, and then once the approval is done, finish all the details like capping screws etc Johnny and his son John were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, extremely thorough, and went through everything twice and more Any concern was addressed, and they literally took all the time needed to make sure everything was perfect. Some info: - Plan ahead as it took about 3 months for everything to be custom-made, so don't expect a fast turnaround - You will have a little out of pocket cost for fixing parts that are a result of changing old doors like tile or stucco repair (like if the old door was too big and the old tiles didn't go all the way). Installation was done on 11/10/2025. We made the installers aware that the slider doors were NOT the correct configuration. Installer said they could be replaced. We have telephoned and telephoned. Most times we get voice messaging and never get a call back. Any time we have talked to someone they tell us the replacement slider(s) are on order. It has become obvious they are NOT on order and we are being lied to. Mark H (last name withheld) (Salesman) and Steve C (last name withheld) (Final Measure Technician) have both confirmed the slider(s) are NOT the correct configuration. After trying to deal with several people representing BNT Impact Windows & Doors we were passed (once again passed on to someone else) on to Ray P (last name withheld) . He also told us (4-5 weeks ago) that the doors are on order. We have gotten one text message from him after we texted him first. We have heard NOTHING from him since he last told us the replacement slider(s) doors are on order. It has been almost ONE YEAR since we initially placed our order for windows and slider doors. There has also NOT been a formal county safety inspection! There are also voids in one door that allow lizards and bugs to enter our home. See Pictures. NO MORE PROMISES AND EXCUSES! Buyer Beware - Paid in Full, Over 5 Months Later, Still No Windows…read more I paid BNT Windows in full on February 5, and more than five months later, I still do not have my windows installed. I was quoted 6 weeks. Even more concerning, the permit application wasn't submitted until approximately three months after I had already paid. These permits were never paid for by BNT as per city of Fort Lauderdale officials . Since then, it has been one delay after another with no accountability. Every time I spoke with management, there was a different excuse for why the project had not moved forward. My apartment is only about 1,000 square feet, yet after all this time I still don't even have a scheduled installation date. My salesperson, Ray, provided extremely poor customer service throughout this process. The manager, Alex Huynh, has ignored my emails for more than two weeks, and now the company is no longer returning my calls. At this point, I believe this company took my money without providing the service promised. The lack of communication, repeated delays, and complete failure to follow through have been unacceptable. Their project management and logistics appear completely disorganized. I will be filing a lawsuit, submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and reporting this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies for what I believe may constitute fraudulent business practices. If you're considering BNT Windows, I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Save yourself the stress, time, and money.
