When my landscaper accidentally shot a rock at the glass panel of my front door, I called nearly every impact window/door company in south Florida. The team from Allied was not only responsive but quick to send someone out to inspect the damage. They assured me that the glass panel could be replaced and the door saved. While there were some hiccups along the way sourcing replacement glazing beads, the Allied team kept me informed every step of the way. I have no idea how capable he is as he never showed up after repeated promises to come and do a $400 window job (not just an estimate-as I told him I needed it done and hired him before seeing him). I waited for him for 3 weeks then got someone else who came and got it done within 24 hours. He should have just told me he was backing out and saved me a lot of time and aggravation. read more

Ron was great! He was responsive when I reached out to Allied Door Repair requesting a quote and was able to come out quickly to fix my sliding patio door. He's friendly, showed up when he said he would, did a very quick but thorough job fixing the door and cleaned up any mess/dirt before he left. Can't ask for more than that! Ron at Allied repaired what other companies said they couldn't do! We were told we had to replace our sliders to the deck - that would have cost over $10k. Ron was able to replace the track and weather stripping, allowing us to keep the doors we had and alleviated the problem (wind whistling of the ocean). Would highly recommend. read more

I would not recommend them at all. They could not fix our windows. After two visits they broke the ballast rods and left us without any in the windows. A refund was promised and after two months they still won't respond to us at all. The windows are in far worse condition than when we started. read more

Ron saved me big bucks and a big headache ! Previous vendor said the rollers on my old screen sliding door and the door were so bad I needed a whole new screen door.
