Not like some other large stores where you can't find anyone to help you. They have a lot of merchandise, anything that you might need at reasonable prices. They even have other services such as screen repair which I had to do. My screen door was coming apart, brought it to Ace, no problem, left it, then picked it up several days later. Good as new. The first thing you notice when you go in is how big this store is. It's like a supermarket for home supplies. Big and bright with a very friendly and helpful team of people. They recently did a complete renovation-expansion and were really able to bring in much more merchandise and keep plenty of open space. Their COVID protocols have also been excellent through the pandemic. I like a place that makes you feel safe. It's nice to come here and support a local business. They have a wonderful selection of merchandise here. Hardware, tools, electrical supplies and home (indoor and outdoor) cleaning supplies. They also have a great paint department. I was always very impressed with their BBQs and smokers. They also have many accessories and parts for the more popular brands like Weber and Green Egg. My last trip here was for picture hanging hooks and wall fasteners. I was hanging a large-heavy mirror and they had all the necessary supplies for me. I also needed some specialty cleaning supplies for concrete and they had these special items too. I highly recommend ACE and suggest you try it before venturing out to the big chain stores. Shopping locally is good for our communities.

When Rick came to provide the estimate, he was informative, kind and thorough. He went to see all the rooms, attic and crawl space. I really appreciated that the owner himself came to do the estimate rather than the previous sales people I've dealt with at other companies. Michelle sent over the quote and I was able to secure my date with a deposit. Unfortunately, we had issues with our closing date and buyers and had to changed our previously scheduled moving date. Michelle was wondering and communicative as she accommodated our new date. She was able to set up a crew to help me move before we needed to be out of the house. I was so appreciative of all her efforts. The day of the move, Rick called me and informed me that the crew was on their way. Rick himself and 4 members of his team were there ready to work. They were efficient, they worked well together, communicated well and everything flowed. They did a walk through prior to the move to ensure what was being moved and packed everything up so well. When moving into the new space, they transported all the furniture and assembled them in their designated rooms. They put down runners throughout the house to ensure everything was safe and transported well. They asked questions and moved things where directed. Each person had a task - unloading, building, transporting and the family team really worked well together. I highly recommend O'Shea Trucking for your next move. I needed to get the hinges replaced on a noisy inside door of my house (the joys of being a new homeowner), and I got several responses from contractors across Yelp. Andrei's stood out both because it was the lowest price quote, and he had the best reviews of any other respondent. It seemed a little too good to be true, but I figured it was worth taking a chance. I'm glad I did, because Andrei IS too good to be true, and yet he exists. Excellent communication, punctual, thorough and completely self-sufficient, the hinge replacement process started off great. Then, after expertly replacing the hinges, and even sanding a bit at the base of the door where it caused the door to stick when opening and closing, he checked to see how the door opened and closed - the door was now blissfully quiet, but still stuck, and he identified the door latch and plate as needing to be adjusted. Above and beyond! The door works perfectly now, it's literally like a new door. And because the door was to my mother-in-law's bedroom, having Andrei provide this superlative service scored me a few points with her (well, at least for a few hours, until she found something else to grumble about). He also left the space clean, and was very courteous from start to finish. I have been renovating my house for the past 4 months and have been back and forth to Cappy's to purchase many materials or just to ask for some guidance in choosing a paint color or floor stain. Anthony & his wife Susette had taken the time to sit down with me on a few occasions and review pictures of my home and make different suggestions. I never felt as if I was being rushed. I felt as if I was with friends and they wanted what was best for me. Each time I go in, I am greeted with a warm smile and hello. I appreciate how Anthony has even taken the time to show me different products that can do the same job or even better and costs less than the one I had asked for. I trust their recommendations and appreciate their efforts in helping me with such a large project and in saving me money along the way. I am finally finished now and the house looks great. Excellent service at Cappy's. I purchased an unfinished wood desk for my daughter and was concerned the desk would not have a professional look after painting. The person at the desk informed me about Advance Waterborne Primer and Paint. The product worked great, and the recommendation not to use too many brush strokes was perfect. They also have a huge storage area in the basement so you can reserve your fixtures months in advance before pickup. We made a 1/2 down payment so the price would remain the same or better when we went to pick it up. They will only charge you the current price if you don't make a down payment. So if it goes up, you're at a loss. They have a display area for the bulbs too, so you can see the level of brightness and whiteness/yellowness you're looking for. Their bulbs are all LED's now. They have a wide variety of fixtures and a wide variety of price ranges so it's easy for someone on a budget to find something suitable too. We got lucky and picked out four fixtures (two ceiling fans and two chandeliers) and bulbs prior to prices increasing the following month. When we went back to pick up the fixtures a few months later we saved several hundred dollars by having put 1/2 down. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! Happy shops!

He walked us around the showroom, explained differences in tile and cabinet qualities, and was very helpful with this recommendations and big no no's to watch out for. After they measured our place, they quickly sent estimates and nice 3D renderings of my husband's dream kitchen. They worked with our contractor seamlessly and our beautiful kitchen was born! Also, one of the cabinet doors came damaged, and Josh quickly expedited a replacement door. We highly recommend Josh, Kenny, and their team.
