This place is located off Atlantic down the street from the mall, same plaza as the diner. They have quite a few options to choose from, food was good. I would say the presentation isn't always the best but the food is cooked well. We only been there for breakfast and to be honest for the portions and variety, it seems a bit over priced but with prices rising, you gotta do what you gotta do. Service was nice, the food did take a while to come out but it was fresh and served with a smile. The portions are not huge but they're not tiny either. The place is well lit and clean, and may be a bit hard to find but once you're in the plaza they are near the dinner to the left.

I have fallen in love with this place, specifically their legume. It's always flavorful and fresh. The service is prompt however, you do have to wait a while for the food. The guys at the front always keep me entertained while I wait. The prices of the food are awesome as they give you huge portions that last for a few days for me. The restaurant itself is beautiful, lit up with colors and TVs. Very well suited for large or small parties.

Came here for a late Mother's Day brunch. My husband booked it based off reviews on Google. We had a reservation but had to wait about ten minutes as it was fairly crowded. It is a small restaurant but nice inside. They were playing music some of which I enjoyed and some not so much. Once seated we ordered drinks and our meal as we were all fairly hungry. Drinks came out almost right away but there was a bit of a wait for the food. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. Our food came out very hot. I ordered a steak omelette with a side of French toast. The French toast was delicious and only came with one. I should've asked because I would've just ordered the French toast meal. The omelette was good as well. Everyone enjoyed their food but we found it to be pricey. We had an issue with our food and it was handled immediately. I can't say I would come here again but I think it's worth a try.

We came for lunch but they offer breakfast at either time, so we had a bit of both. We recognized the location as the former setting for an Italian restaurant we'd liked. There's ample free parking right outside. Inside, the restaurant is small, but cozy. We were able to grab an open table even though they were busy. My husband ordered from the breakfast side of the menu. He had their hotcakes with two eggs and crisp bacon. He said it was very good and ate every crumb. As it was a cool day for Florida (in the 60's), I felt like soup. I got their daily soup, potato. It was delicious. Small chunks of potatoes in a creamy base with chives. It was topped with crisp bacon crumbles and shredded cheese. The soup was served piping hot. I really, really liked it. We love "supporting local" especially at this time of the year. We got good service at this homey cafe. We would definitely stop by again if in the area.

Great find in nearby neighborhood strip center just off Atlantic Blvd! Small interior serving dishes Big on flavor! I enjoyed my Eggs, Bacon and Pancakes, prepared as ordered and perfect. Service is friendly and fast.

Fairly lackluster. We came for breakfast after reading good reviews. The decor was cute and fun, especially the flowers (kids liked it too). The greeter and (guessing owner) were kind and friendly. The menu was quite basic with little creativity. The omelettes range from $15-$17 and appeared to be egg beaters (very flat and no fluff) with the additions just tucked inside rather than cooked into it. The biscuits were dry and did not appear or taste homemade. The cheese did not appear to be high quality as it was set on top and didn't melt into the dish as expected. Kids pancakes were rubbery and not fluffy which is indicative of a frozen not fresh. Also came with syrup already on them, which is odd for a breakfast place. Waitress was attentive but not necessarily warm or friendly. Fries were crunchy. Coffee was hot. A lot left to be desired on this.

Support BLACK BUSINESSES!! This one is definitely a great one to support. Service is always awesome and the food is always good. My husband had the Steak and Shrimp balsamic salad and I had the Shrimp and veggie omelet (egg whites) with a side of bacon. Delicious!!

My friends and I just discovered this new cute brunch, lunch & dinner restaurant. Bernard was our waiter, and he was super friendly and professional. He provided excellent customer service. He made great recommendations for our food and drink choices. I ordered the shrimp omelet with pancakes and fruits on top. My food was very tasty and fresh. I knew it was fresh eggs because I did taste a little egg shells in one bite, which was okay. Like I said, it was a little bit of egg shells. My fruits were fresh, and pancakes were good, too. My friends said their food were good too. You can tell the chef was Caribbean because the eggs didn't taste boring. The food was well seasoned. I ordered the island twist sangria, and it was very GOOD! I enjoyed my drink. Overall the food and drinks were very good. I love how they pay attention to details with the ambiance. It has a very spring welcoming vibe. Flowers hanging from the ceiling to having a backdrop when heading to the bathroom. It's a clean, cute, but small restaurant worth checking out. I would definitely go there before the rush. I want to say there's about 10 tables there with a mixture of booth and regular tables. There is bar like seating too. Check out my pictures and video. You will see it is cute and small. Check this place out if you're in the area

Although it doesn't look like it from the outside, the restaurant has a nice ambiance. However, the service was very slow. The food was good, but not great.. And I personally think that they're overcharging for the portions they provide! I'm glad I gave this black-owned business a chance, but they need to work on their execution and lower their prices.

Great service and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with relaxing music set the tone for a perfect brunch. The food was delicious!! hands down, the crispiest chicken I've ever had! The co-owner went above and beyond to make my birthday brunch feel extra special, and that personal touch meant so much. We're so happy to have a family-owned brunch spot like this in the area. Highly recommend

This is a Great Restaurant, for as long it MAY last.. Let me explain.... *CLEAN *Superb waitress *Food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS Me & my wife had : Grilled chicken with sautéed onion, peppers omelette, comes with 1 side (sausage patty, bacon or toast) There is no home fries, toast or coffee that come with this. Everything is separate. But the PRICE Had I known I would spend $17.00 on an omelette (albeit great) & 2 sausage patties $ 3.99 on a glass of soda (think medium glass) and NO refills. There are good things & bad things about this little place (think small pizzeria with a couple booths & tables) But the price? I'm REALLY perplexed by the business model this owner is going by? Farther back in a plaza, semi ala cart, no refills and HIGH prices. maybe its location as this might work better on Miami Beach not medium/low income Atlantic Blvd situated between Margate & Coral Springs... I Do wish him good luck as the food was very good. *also, took pic of another person's food to give different food item.

Fast and friendly service. My coworker recommended this place and we decided to go here for lunch. We got here around 12:20 and within minutes we were attended to. Our meals did not take long to be prepared. Inside was very clean and decorated nicely. I did not know what to expect of the food but it exceeded my expectations. I had the penne alla vodka pasta and it was such a hefty serving. It was delicious- I had to take some to go. My coworker opted for breakfast and the portion size was huge! The prices are reasonable and the also offer alcoholic beverages. They host brunch on Saturday and Sundays and are looking to expand to include happy hour and taco Tuesdays.

They took over an old Subway location in my neighborhood, so I decided to try them out. I ended up ordering their "Gravesend" sandwich with beef, Parmesan cheese and gravy! It was absolutely amazing!!!! Only 7 inside tables (plus some limited outdoor seating), but everybody there was asking patrons at the other tables what they were having. Almost all of them were actively talking about how good their sandwiches were! Besides my sandwich, I took a picture of a sandwich at the next table with chicken and vodka sauce. This is a MUST TRY lunch spot when you're here. They also served an amazing vanilla latte as well! They are also an espresso bar, so try a caffeine drink as well. I grew up in northeastern Pennsylvania and back home, subs are called hoagies. In other parts of the country they might be subs or heroes, but not where I'm from. The other regional staple is that we always have birch beer at our hoagie shops. Now, living in South Florida, I rarely find birch beer, but when I do, it's a great day. Well, Laspada has birch beer. On tap. I was in heaven. The other great thing about this place is that the way they make the sandwiches. I'll save the actual construction as a surprise, because you have to see it to believe it, but they put meat on the bread, then load it up with whatever it is you want in the way of vegetation, then more meat on top! This place is awesome! Unless you're a vegan, but then you wouldn't be going to a hoagie shop, so it doesn't matter. But for normal people, it's incredible! Hands down this is my favorite hoagie/sub/hero shop in the area. And they have more than one location so I can get a hoagie pretty much anytime I want one.

Walking into LaSpada's Original Hoagies isn't just ordering lunch, it's stepping into a deli version of a live sporting event. There's energy, there's precision, and yes, there's the legendary "airmail" toss of freshly sliced meat flying down the line like it's got somewhere important to be. Blink and you miss it. Smile and you're part of it. I went with my go-to: the Italian. And not just any Italian... this thing shows up dressed to impress. We're talking Boar's Head ham, cappy, pastrami, and provolone, sliced fresh right in front of you, then launched with deli theatrics onto perfectly waiting Italian bread. From there, it gets piled high with crisp veggies and those Italian peppers that quietly steal the show. Every bite hits like it's been rehearsing for years. Somewhere around bite three, I had a moment of clarity: "This isn't a sandwich... it's a commitment." Plot twist... you think you're just grabbing lunch. You're not. You're entering into a multi-meal agreement. A large sub here doesn't just feed you, it sticks with you. Lunch today, lunch tomorrow, maybe a late-night "just one more bite" situation. It's generous in a way that feels personal. My wife ordered the roast beef, and wow. Perfectly rare, ridiculously tender, sliced fresh and yes, sent flying down the line like it had a boarding pass. It was the kind of sandwich that makes you reconsider your own order mid-bite. Quick detour, because it deserves it... the homemade macaroni salad. I don't throw this around lightly, but I'd put it up against anyone's for best in class. Creamy, balanced, and somehow disappears faster than you expect. That's not an accident. And then you remember... this place took home "Best Sub in South Florida" from the Sun-Sentinel in 2025. Not surprising. Honestly, it feels overdue. Micro twist: you walk in thinking you'll try something new next time. You won't. You'll be back for the same order, and you'll be happy about it. After 25+ years in Coral Springs, they're not just consistent, they're automatic. The kind of place where you don't wonder if it'll be good... you just decide how hungry you are. Highest recommendation. Five stars, no hesitation. Final thought: Some places make sandwiches. LaSpada's Original Hoagies makes believers.

The "almost" part was simply the bread was not toasted quite enough to add texture to each soft, creamy bite. My vodka chicken was FANTASTICALLY FIRE! That Vodka sauce, crispy Cutler AND bread were so good but that pasto drizzle sauce took it beyond and chicken parm ever has! The only problem I have (not all) that the breadcrumbs on almost all cutlets are loaded with salt. By the time you add the salt from the sauce, bread, etc., all saucy cutlet sandwiches bite you back on that 1st bite. This one did that also. I feel someone should invent low sodium breadcrumbs JUST FOR chicken cutlet sandwiches. Nevertheless, that pesto sauce seduced my jaws to muscle through and enjoy ever salty bite! Service was a 3 star bc they clearly want you to order from your table. There is a QR bribing code that if you order from your table, you get a free drink and cookie with your meal. Although there was a person, cleaning and clearing the tables periodically, our booth was not wiped down. A great surprise was the 2 free cookies I assume they gave for mentioning it was our 1st time there. Parking, in and outdoor seating, and the self serve fountain drinks made it easy to sit and start.
