I was able to experience a super cute and charming cafe today! My son and I were greeted as soon as we came in with a smile. The cafe is beautifully decorated and the old school did me a favor of keeping him entertained while I ordered. I got a tiramisu latte which when I say was perfect was absolutely PERFECT! I originally asked for an extra shot and the woman who helped me shared they roast their organic beans weekly and promised I didn't need it and she was 100% right. My iced latte was not too sweet and as strong as I like it. I love to taste my coffee and not the overload of milk in the latte. I will definitely be back, 100% worth it. Thank you, I will be adding Feffys Cafe to my new weekend coffee spots!

I stopped into Feffy's to try their Cafe Mocha and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their drink. It was very smooth and the the mocha taste didn't overpower the coffee taste. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have any cinnamon rolls this late in the day.

The owner is running the whole place on her own. Super cozy and makes me feel at home. Seems to be a hit with the locals. Prices are comparable to other places but if you're looking for a place where you can feel like a loved regular, this is it. Matcha was good quality as well! She had me try it and offered to change the sweetness before i left which I thought was stellar customer service. Pastries are present and carefully curated. Also has food options which i didn't try but would the next time i come!

Feffy's is soo adorable! I had the best chat with the owner, Stephanie! I ordered the matcha and loved it! Can't wait to go back and try her coffee and treats. Can't wait to see your dreams unfold!!

Absolutely facinated with this cafe which is the epitome of the overused word, "Quaint", but its the perfect way to describe it. At first glance of the exterior, there were two patio tables with multi colored wooden chairs situated on both sides of the glass entry door which were accented by the red brick wall and the illuminated blue Coffee Bar sign, which drew me in. The owner Feffy, greeted me and explained the origins of her cafe several years ago in a small village in Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, where the coffee beans are cultivated - loved the story. Feffy brewed me a fresh Macchiato coffee which was presented in a small porcelain cup on top of a saucer adorned with a white paper doily. Sat at a "quaint" table inside to sip my coffee and view the nostalgic decor and the display of retro cameras were a nice touch. The entire atmosphere was a conversational masterpiece and the owner Feffy should be proud of her accomplishments and her vision that became reality to offer a well balanced medium roast coffee with a great back story.

The butter cookie iced latte looked like art just as much as it tasted like dessert. Its presentation was stunning, almost too pretty to drink. As for size, this latte was very generous; you get your money's worth, with each sip both refreshing and satisfying. The cookie butter flavor comes through delicately without overwhelming sweetness, balancing well with the espresso's depth and milky richness. It truly feels crafted for people who appreciate coffee and design alike, latte art you can drink.

What a cute little cafe. My daughter and I came here on a whim. The drinks were delicious and my daughter loved her ham and cheese croissant.

Cuteness overload in this Coral Springs bakery! Bright, with comfy seating areas, there is a variety of options for coffee; as well as monthly flavors to choose from. An assortment of pastries are available as well. Service was swift with sales and recommendations. Huge plus, there are books! Can't wait to go back!

This coffee shop looked super cute from the reviews so i decided to stop and check it out. It used to be a a bakery prior to incorporating a coffee shop into it so the front says bakery only. I had a difficult time finding it because of it. When I walked in I was welcomed by the owner which explained to me the meaning behind the name "feffy". It is actually her nickname! I loved the name and coffee! They had multiple flavors to choose from but I like mine plain. I need to come back to try their baked goods.

Wonderful atmosphere and attentive staff. The coffee is made to perfection and they have a wide selection bakery treats. Go to Feffys and feel like you are in a Jane Austen novel.

The Magic Cow in Coral Springs has a 4.8-star Yelp rating, and their sister store in Davie is apparently one of the top 10 ice cream shops in the entire United States. So naturally, I had to see if the local legend lived up to the hype. (Spoiler: it did. And then some.) The moment we walked in, I was hit with that nostalgic mix of sugar, laughter, and magic that says you're about to make a very good life decision. The owner greeted us like old friends -- warm, funny, and clearly passionate about what he does. You can tell every scoop that leaves that counter has been crafted with pride. Now, about the ice cream. I went with the Carrot Cake flavor -- and let me tell you, it wasn't just ice cream; it was an experience. Folded into it were ribbons of caramel and bits of pie crust that somehow made me rethink all my previous dessert choices in life. One bite in, and I'm pretty sure I saw colors brighter than usual. My wife went for a combo of Better Batter Cake Carnival and Chocolate Batter Better, and to call it "excellent" would be an understatement. This flavor pairing was pure joy in stereo. I'm pretty sure she stopped listening to me talk for a good five minutes, which is the ultimate compliment to any dessert. Bottom line: The Magic Cow isn't just living up to its reputation -- it's churning out happiness, one scoop at a time. If you haven't been, fix that immediately. Your taste buds will thank you, your diet will forgive you (eventually), and your inner child will do a happy dance.

I implore you to experience it for yourself before they sell it, if in the area.

Frozen custard is what happens when ice cream decides to get serious about its career…read more That was the mood at Whit's Frozen Custard in Coral Springs when my wife and I stopped in and both landed on the blackberry chip flavor of the day. I went with a cup, she chose the waffle cone, which turned out to be the smarter move because that crisp cone with the rich custard was a perfect combo. The first thing that stands out is the texture. This stuff is dense, rich, and incredibly full. Every bite feels smooth and substantial, the kind of frozen dessert that makes regular ice cream seem like it's just winging it. It's deliciously refreshing, but it also has that heavy, creamy body that makes you slow down and actually enjoy it. The blackberry chip was very good, but if I'm being honest, I wanted the berry flavor to hit just a little louder. I've had blackberry ice cream before that really let the fruit sing, and this one felt a little more restrained. Still tasty, still refreshing, just missing that extra berry punch that could have pushed it into five-star territory. Halfway through mine, I actually said, "This texture could make vanilla exciting." That's how good the custard base is here. I also got a taste of the cookies and cream, and that may have stolen a little bit of the spotlight. Creamy, balanced, and loaded with cookie flavor, it instantly became the one I'm eyeing for next time. The place itself is simple, which honestly works in its favor. No frills, no giant menu maze, just vanilla, chocolate, and two flavors of the day made fresh and rotated daily. Checking the calendar ahead of time almost becomes part of the ritual, like seeing what surprise is waiting for you. The staff was friendly, the whole stop was easy, and even with wanting a bit more berry flavor, this was still a really enjoyable dessert run. Easy four stars. Some places wow you with spectacle. Whit's Frozen Custard wins you over with texture, simplicity, and the kind of flavor lineup that gets you planning your next visit on the drive home.

I haven't been able to find another nearby place with such delicious Japanese-style crepes or as much house specials of udon, miso, and ramen. The last time I had visited was at least 3 years ago, and the ramen was delicious then, but the menu was more limited. Definitely not the case now, but I can't speak for the quality of the food yet. But it was great then, and the management seems to have stayed mostly the same. J-Petal's an awesome place to step into for a change of pace. They've got a ton of decor up and I remember service being quick. This time I placed an order online, and I received a free drink in exchange for this Yelp review, so I'd say their service is still pretty great! That combined with the fact that I picked up my food 30 minutes after I was notified that it was ready, and my crepe was still a nice temperature. The staff member waited until I was there to add my ice cream as well Made me feel less stressed out. I used to have a rule of going to Fyr & Ice for substantial asian fusion food, and J-Petal for desserts, but for the sake of food journalism (and wanting to try some of their new, cool-sounding specials) I might change that around this summer.

Dessert stop at Cookiehead Bakery (Coral Springs)…read more I was craving something sweet before dinner, so I decided to check out Cookiehead Bakery around 6 pm. I'll be honest--I was expecting a bigger variety of cookies (and maybe some brownies), but at the time they had about 8 cookie options and 2 muffins available. Flavors included: walnut chocolate chip, classic chocolate chip, sugar cookie, Nutella red velvet, golden Oreo cookies & cream, Dubai chocolate, and lemon blueberry. They also offer soft serve, milkshakes, and coffee, which is a nice plus. I went with the last Dubai chocolate cookie ($6.42 with tax). The cookie itself was a little on the dry side, but the chocolate topping was really good and flavorful. Overall: worth trying if you're in the area, especially if you want something different--but I'd love to go back earlier in the day to see a fuller selection.

Walking into Cookiehead Bakery at 7:30 PM felt like entering a business that had already given up…read moreon itself. The sign says they're open until 10 PM, which apparently is more of a philosophical concept than an actual operating hour. Inside, it was so dim and lifeless that I genuinely questioned whether I was trespassing. No one at the counter. No sound from the back. No sign of human life at all. If a tumbleweed had rolled past the cookie case, it honestly would have fit the mood. And that cookie case? It looked less like a bakery display and more like the aftermath of a clearance sale nobody cared enough to restock. I stood there long enough to go through the full emotional journey from hopeful dessert run to "should I call someone to report this place missing?" before an employee finally appeared out of nowhere like they'd been summoned by confusion itself. Now, maybe I'm being a little harsh, but the vibe was unmistakable: I was interrupting absolutely nothing, and somehow still felt unwelcome. So I did the safe thing and ordered the chocolate chip, figuring if your signature cookie can't deliver, what are we even doing here? A cookie eventually appeared, and after all the suspense, mystery, and accidental haunted-house atmosphere, the payoff was... fine. Better than a gas station cookie, sure, but that is such a low bar it's basically underground. At these prices, I'm expecting bakery magic, not "slightly upgraded convenience store." The whole experience felt like the cookie version of showing up to a party after everyone already left. Dim lights, dead energy, and one lonely chocolate chip cookie trying its best to carry the reputation of the entire place. I've had worse, but not by much. Two stars. One for being technically open, and one because the cookie did, in fact, exist. For what they charge, mediocrity shouldn't feel this committed.
