They'll tell you one thing and do another…read more I have a voicemail that says they will waive my $23.50 service fee for putting a new credit card on file after mine was compromised. When I went in there and put it on file, the lady told me to my face, there would be no service fee. Two days later service fee appeared. When I went in there to ask about it, the owner came out and the end was a result was he called me a meth head and asked me how many years in jail I'd serve served. Lol. Little did he know I'm a triathlete and part of a triathlon team of 150 members. This place has become really dirty inside the last three years, as well. The pool is nasty at the north, south and Valley location. All of them are dirty inside. Rarely do the elliptical or treadmill, machines work. They're always broken down.

The price is good, but for the same price and more facilities, you can go to Spokane Fitness Center or MUV. Their employees are almost always on their phone which I get, its boring, but at least be available for help. I've seen people waiting at the desk for a good 10 min while they're walking around on their phone. I eventually had to leave because I saw one of the blonde girls that wears a gallon of make up that works there doing some kind of shady deal with money outside the gym as I was leaving and she would bring her kid in and he'd run around the weights area while I'm power lifting. I'm not trying to have a kid run around me while I'm lifting. To top the experience off I went to cancel my membership, I cancelled it and they cancelled it on their end, but then restarted billing me out of nowhere a month after my membership was cancelled and the manager, Randy, wouldn't refund the $100 I got charged for those months even though it was a fault on their part when I just found out about it. Save the headache, go somewhere that's more professional and puts their gym goers first.

Each workout left me feeling great and out of breath. The only reason I am giving this a 4 star instead of 5 is because when I brought a friend to try out the gym, the person who was onboarding her really pushed for a sale. Although I understand this is their job (and I ALWAYS recommend OTF to everyone), my friend said she'd talk it over with her husband and the employee told my friend to call her husband right then and there to discuss a membership. It just left me and my friend with really weird and awkward experience. Overall, love this gym and love my membership, especially because I can travel and work out at any OTF gym.

I read-up and checked out all of the highly reviewed trainers in town, but found most of them either had inconsistent customer feedback or didn't really focus on weightlifting.... Biju is different and not only looked the part but has also demonstrated over the course of ~20 workouts a deep knowledge of each muscle group, which movements target each specific muscles, and how to get the most gains out of workouts. I'm impressed by the physical changes of my body over a short time and how no two workouts are ever the same. Each session is one hour and targets two muscle groups (back/biceps, chest/triceps, and shoulders/legs). I also appreciated that he doesn't focus on any injury prone / dangerous movements as past trainers have had me do exercises that inevitably lead to a hurt back etc. which put me out of action for several weeks. I highly recommend Biju and you won't find a better trainer in Spokane if you want to focus on building muscle. His prices are also very reasonable and they are a well run family business.
