As a registered nurse, she understands the significance of proper workout techniques. Having not worked out in years, I was unsure if this would be the right place for me. But soon enough, I started feeling the difference in my strength, balance, and flexibility. We have been going to MDRNfitness for over a year now and we love it. I cannot praise Amber and all of the instructors enough. They acknowledge and celebrate every milestone we achieve and there's so much encouragement from everyone, from the teachers to the other people who work out there. It feels like a family and everyone is welcomed and encouraged. The workouts are only 45 minutes long, and they seem to fly by. The instructors are knowledgeable and fun, and I always feel like I'm working out with family and friends. Everyone is so friendly and makes it fun to work out. starting as early as 5:15 am and going as late as 5:30 pm, which makes it easy to fit into my schedule. I have…read moredone Lagree for over a decade and was so sad to learn there weren't any studios in Spokane when moved here 3 years ago. I just tried my first class at MDRNfitness and LOVED it. Feels so good to be back in the studio again! Lagree is one of the hardest strength training work outs you can do while at the same time it's very forgiving on the joints. You'll raise your heart rate, sweat, and shake while moving as slowly as possible under constant tension. You'll see visible changes in your body from doing this work out. Don't be intimidated by the amazing brand new megaformers in the studio. Amber the owner and lead instructor was great at helping new clients become familiar with the equipment and how to use it. She also helped critique my form while doing the exercises. There is always a way to modify to make things less or more challenging depending on what you are looking for. Thank you Amber!!!!!!!

We moved from Portland and I belonged to a Bar studio there, which I loved. Haven't done anything since, except try to do yoga videos on Amazon (it's not the same as going to a class, mostly because I have a hard time keeping myself focused and motivated). I attended my second class at YogaJoy today (PiYo with Kimmie) and it rocked. Kimmie is such a fantastic, enthusiastic, and helpful instructor (I also took her Buti Yoga class last week - such a fun class!). The other students in the class were super nice, too, as well as everyone else working at the studio (I like nice people - I am immediately turned off by anyone snobbish, which has not been the case here). The location of this studio works for me (there's literally nothing else closer except maybe a gym in Deer Park). Also - they offer childcare. What?! That's amazing. (I have a 2 and a 4 year old.) We were stuck on where to place our aunt and once Trish came out to visit with our aunt she had two great facilities that would work for her. Once we chose the facility, she was immensely helpful with expediting the paperwork. She arranged for our aunt to be transported to the facility making the transition as smooth as possible. Trish called the facility a few days later to check on our aunt and gave us an update.

She also knows the best fit to meet "my" idea of a perfect fit for my dad while gently steering me towards better alternatives. Trish provided information to me before I even knew to ask for it and during visits and meetings at the facilities, she kept track of what I forgot to ask.
