I needed to replace my roof and called several contractors. A few never returned my calls and one contractor after two meetings never brought ay materials for me to select colors for shingles. Two contractors measured the roof by walking around my house, never did anyone go on the roof with a ladder to investigate any additional work that might be needed. Both contractors were interested in under bidding their competitor to get the job. Finally, in asking about licensing requirements to begin work, I was told it wasn't really necessary. The project manager, Mr. Vincent Cueva was extremely helpful by explaining materials to be used , time line, licensing requirement and the selection colors of shingles. When t came to cost, I need not tell you that replacing a roof is expensive. Mr. Cueva worked with us and made it affordable to have this project completed without financing. The workers were neat and reliable. After the job was completed, Mr. Cueva continued to check with us about any concerns we may have about the roof. People have the right to protect their property from further damage, especially from a company who made it very clear that they do not care and would not make good on damage they knowingly caused. The only "chronic police calls" on this street have been related to your vehicles blocking access to our property, blocking the street and impeding traffic on weekends, and your employees menacing us and trespassing on our property. We have owned this property since the early 70s and have only had issues with your company which apparently thinks it has the right to trample peoples private property. There were many other occasions where we could have and should have called the police. But did not because you're employees are so disgusting we feared retaliation through additional damage to our property. Learn to show respect for people neighboring your projects. Learn to be honest and communicate. Maybe if you did any due diligence and spent anytime at your project sites you would be aware of how your employees act when you're not present.

I don't understand why that wasn't done when they first did the job. I don't know how a chunk of silicone got on my refrigerator, but I noticed it today and removed it. I thought that was a bit careless, hence three stars instead of four. The tilers need to be more careful. My husband will probably think that's petty of me, but it shouldn't have been there!
