The old one was just your "run of the mill" gutter and figured that is what they would replace it with. Very pleasantly surprised with the job they did (attaching a photo). What a difference! This year we decided to try out their Power-Washing- and again were very happy. The guys were here for a good 3 hours and worked the whole time. They cleaned the house, garage, and deck- as well as our front steps (cannot believe the difference- wish I had a before and after photo). Had the gutters cleaned at the same time - and since we had it done early (during March) they even did that for free. Needless to say--will be using them again.

If only I could share images of the blinds that were installed in my home that were damaged and then thrown outside in my backyard by him/his team, he made several attempts to finish my floors but could not perform, there are nails exposed sticking outward from the hardwood floors he installed, and he had a dog in my home while he was on the job and never asked for my permission. I didn't think that I should pay full price because of the quality of work and inconvenience due to the long delay however he feels he deserves full payment and he's choosing not to compensate us for anything. I will pay what is owed to him but I will make it known that I am not a happy customer. Never again!

He told me that the guys had already come to do it on the first day (where I had to contact them and was told they'd be there at 9am). He was there for my payment. Furthermore, even when I left to go to work, I have cameras on every side of the house. I was watching the surveillance and no one showed up.
