At 4:00 Jake Crosby called and said he had a cancellation and he could be here in 45 minutes. At 4:45 I showed Jake the hot water heater and within minutes, he said the pilot light was out. We had someone on Thursday work on the gas line for our generator and was told he had to shut off the gas while he was doing that. Unfortunately, it was not turned back on and we had only cold water since then. Jake showed us what to do if that happens again. I asked him what I owed him and he said nothing. When I went to give him a tip, he did not want to take it, but I insisted. I cannot recommend this company high enough.
