I hear they are really good at getting stains out but we don't have an issue with spilling things on our carpets so I cannot attest to the stain removal aspect of things...The gentleman was professional and polite and came in a shirt and tie. He was quick and efficient, they said it would take about an hour or so and that's about what it took. The carpets were a tad wetter than they made it sound they would be but they dried mostly by the next morning (they were here at about 3pm) the house smelled fresh and our 4 year old carpets looked new again. We had never had them cleaned even though it should be a yearly event, we were surprised that they were able to make them look new again. We called around to several places after (even Best of Omaha cleaners) just to price check but no one could beat their price. We even had a couple companies come out and do a quote but their price was double or even triple what ACC's was. We have over 3000sq feet of carpet and we were very satisfied with the work they did and their speediness. The only spots they couldn't get out were some that were really bad to begin with and we never expected to get them out. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
