NMP Water Systems - Water softener demo NMP

NMP Water Systems

Ardi at NMP was great, he was very responsive and was clearly passionate about what he does. We had…read morea whole house softener/filtration system and RO installed, and the water quality in the house has improved dramatically. When the softener regenerated in the middle of the night and woke us up (our bedroom is right over the part of the basement the system is located in), Ardi was responsive to our texts and assured us that the noise was normal. He came within a few days and helped us reset the time of regeneration to a better time. He even came back a second time to secure a pipe so the sound wouldn't travel as much. They also matched a competitor's offer and warranty. Overall very happy with the system so far!

I had Terrible experience with RO installation. They cut costs by sending untrained guys for…read moreinstallation (not licensed plumbers) who don't even know the code. The guy who installed RO at my house was not a licensed plumber. He connected the waste water drain after the P-Trap of kitchen sink drain(pic attached), which is illegal, dangerous and against the code. It can cause sever gases to come in contact with RO filters which is very risky. Luckily I noticed and called them. They apologized, and told they will come over to fix, and they will send a licensed plumber who knows what he's doing. A guy showed up after 3 days, and this time again they sent a service guy (again, no licensed plumber) who left P-Trap under my kitchen sink leaking, and I had to call them a third time. Horrible experience end to end. But, buyers, beware, this is not a trustworthy company. Save your money, call your licensed plumber to install RO.

I was very skeptic when shopping for a water solution for my new home. I read very good reviews and Advanced Water Softening came recommended by another home technician. I purchased the recommended system and had it installed a week later. I have learned to never judge someone or a company by situations or issues, rather by the way they are handled. The tech who installed the system in my home was very courteous and polite. He did a clean job however there was an issue with the hook up under my sink that caused a minor flood. In all reality it came down to the pluming situated under my sink that caused the issue. The install took place on Friday. Friday night I noticed the leaking, Saturday morning I called at 8:50 am (10 mins prior to opening time of 9 am) and spoke with someone who immediately took control of the situation. A tech was at my home before noon and the issue was resolved. The tech even went out of his way to ensure my connected appliances were connected and properly working. I have to say that Advanced Water Softening not only installed a quality product with great service followed up by fantastic response to an issue but they were extremely attentive and treated me like I was their most valuable client. I was very impressed.

Look elsewhere for better and cheaper service. Completely unprofessional service staff. Had a rude…read moresalt delivery person refuse to wear a mask or put on booties when entering my home.

Called American and they said he told them he had to.break a wall to get to the problem. Bull×××t. The people who originally installed the tub left achole in the basement ceiling so that you could see all the way up to the ceiling. He could have just taken the whole assembly out. I asked my son to look at it and the pipes were not leaking. He went to a store an s got the parts to change the faucet and it works perfectly. Called American and the first said no. Explained and the called"the plumbers" Who said they replaced the faucet i told them they were lying and they elevated it up to a manager still waiting to hear back. I'm 67 years old. I wonder if they try this on old people because they think we are stupid Not this one!

Six months later, there is still no permit. The owner, Christian, has repeatedly lied about contacting the municipality and now claims they are not responsible for it, after taking my money. Calls and messages go unanswered, and when you do manage to reach them, they dodge responsibility and disappear as soon as they know why you're calling. Their customer service is nonexistent, their communication is dishonest, and their business practices are deceptive. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not use this company. They take your money, fail to deliver, and then try to shift the blame. This is the very definition of unprofessional and unethical.
