I bought a used pool…read moretable but the delivery company handled it poorly and Kevin and his partner arrived they showed me where the 'screws and glue' were pulled apart. They requested to take the critical pieces back to their shop so they could glue and screw the thing properly with clamps etc. They returned a few days later and finished the job perfectly. They were on time on both visits - which you don't find from a lot of indy guys. I would use them again and refer them to my friends!

I had placed the pool table with the help of my friends and family on a stack of mats in our carriage house with lots of room all around it, as we did not want to break it down to bring it into my home. As I said, the installation was perfect, but I was charged nearly full price for the breakdown and reassembly from the carriage house to the billiard room (60-70 feet) and subjected to their complaints about the pool table not being up on its legs. I had to leave early and my father remained with them, who reported an even more abrasive attitude towards him. One crew was wonderful, the other did it's job, but went out of its way to be mean since he was not working in ideal conditions (the table was not on it's own legs).

From the moment you meet Dave, his enthusiasm for SCUBA is palpable. Throughout long class days, Dave is cracking jokes, telling anecdotes and getting you excited about the skill you're about to have, all while answering a barrage of questions. In the water, he is professional, vigilant, and in his element. He exudes an air of calm and control, allowing you to confidently perform skills that would otherwise be terrifying or disorienting- like removing your goggles or respirator in 45 degree water. Beyond that, the staff is equally as knowledgeable and the community they foster is incredibly warm and welcoming. Even on my open water dives where I thought it was just going to be myself and Dave, I ended up meeting more people who tagged along just because they wanted to dive. One of the machine's two heating elements was not working and had obviously not worked for many years (fried wiring inside, element installed upside down. The electrical receptacles (two) were badly cracked. I called and offered to make all the repairs myself if they would send me two replacement receptacles. I never heard back from them. They could at least have cared enough to call me and say they couldn't find them, how can they help, etc. Just sloppy in the customer service department. The machine is working fine now after quite a few hours of repair.

Then on the day of the move, Jack and his team were over 20 mins early to the pick up site, very professional and all around great guys. They took care of these new appliances as if they were their own. They took every pro-caution required to ensure nothing was damaged. They even took apart the fridge to get it through the front door with expert skill. Having been through 4 house moves and have used multiple moving companies this had to be the best experience ever.
