I use to come here almost every weekend, the staff was always respectful and iv never had a bad experience. Some of the most fair priced drinks in Worcester and the pool tables arnt half bad either. The crowd is definitely older but the kareoke nights will always be one of my favorite memories with my friends read more

The food quality and pricing are unacceptable. The micro chicken wings and tenders were of poor quality and served in an unappetizing manner. The wall paper paste blue cheese dressing tasted bland and artificial, while the garlic parmesan sauce tasted burnt and unpleasant. To the owner, I strongly advise you to cease price gouging your customers and provide them with the quality food they have paid for. Other than that everything else was okay. read more

Cool place, I loved it here, however one of the bartenders played me. I had bought a drink earlier and had just enough cash ($10 for a $8 drink). I guess she was not satisfied with that tip but i had planned to buy more drinks after with my card which i would then tip better. So my boy gives me $20 and says "buy as many green tea shots as this will get you". I ask how many this will get me she says 2. So i say get me 4 green tea shots, put the $20 on the drinks and the rest on my card. She proceeds to then charge my card the whole $36 and kept the $20 as a tip to herself. And me being pretty drunk at this point didn't realize and tipped her $10 on my card. So now I'm down $66 dollars from which should've only been $16 on my card. I lost the credit card dispute due to me not having the receipt, which is understandable as i used to work in disputes and understand how they work. I know i should've tried to reach out to shooters and resolve or called out the bartender once i noticed instead of resorting to disputing but me and my friends were having a good night and I'm not a confrontational person. So it's whatever it's only $20 I'll take that loss but i will make my experience known on Google and yelp. Sucks cause this is like the only dedicated pool bar left in Worcester after Jillian's closed. read more

I'm giving it a star because as far as room rentals go it's relatively cheap. However, the manager (I think his name is Tobey) was an extremely rude. Every guest complained about his impatience and blatant rudeness. To add to that the party platter I ordered was cold and not the best which would have been okay if the overall experience wasn't so strict, also the place is set at a solid 80 degrees, they offer fans at least :/ read more

TWO people dear to me are home vomiting as we speak from eating at this "establishment". One ate the burger and one ate the chicken nachos. Neither individual consumed any alcohol - they both had ONLY ginger ale (as my receipt will clearly show). Spoke to Supposed manager named Tobias who could not gather his words more than "we follow all regulations". Obviously NOT Tobias, because MY people are sick right now from YOUR food. I urge everyone to find another billiard location that is more tuned into quality food and customer service - because Tobias the "manager" could not get out of his own way, lest deal with me and the situation. This is a multi room space with large elevated bar and small event stage space. Extensive amount of pool tables around as well as some stand up arcade games. They've got a menu that has burgers, pizza, small bites, appetizers and a good drink menu that you can order at the bar. They'll take it to your pool table. Spacious clean restrooms. read more

It's a big place, elevated bar and a lot of pool tables and arcade games. Place feels really 90s, and I kinda love it. The pool price is pretty good and the tables and cues are in good shape. The food is mostly finger food / bar type, so it's what you'd expect (Chicken tenders, fries, fried things, fried chicken tenders, fried fries, fried all the things, etc.) Drink menu is decent. read more

They accused my daughter of stealing a dab pen. I'm not sure if they were just mistaken about what they thought they saw on video or if they were just straight lying because they didn't care for her Florida ID. Either way my daughter is a military spouse in a town she unfamiliar with with the area. She would never steal anything and I am stunned the people running this establishment would just try to start trouble out of no where. read more

0 stars if I could... I am military and I was catching up with some buddies from the area, I brought my wife along with me and she is from out of state... When I went to the bar with her to order drinks they had to use multiple IDs to calidate she is 22 which I get, but at the ends of the night when she was only at the bar once with me, they accuse her of stealing a DAB PEN which we don't smoke since I'm in the military and when my party asked to see the footage to confirm if it was her, the manager said "I am not obligated to show you the footage the cops are on the way" which if they really were on the way they would've kept us there which they did not. Upon coming home I checked to make sure and she had nothing. read more

Manager is not friendly to customers whatsoever. very very rude and disrespectfu. food is terrible and the pool hall is sub par. I would NOT come here. there are plenty of pool halls in the Worcester area. do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. read more

Fun atmosphere, easily a great time to play pool! Drinks aren't incredibly strong or expensive. Although, be warned, the small brunette bartender likes to get absolutely obliterated drunk and will forget that you gave her your card. Make sure to keep tabs on how many drinks you order because she might accidentally mix up orders. The dude behind the bar is my preferred bartender for this reason. Again, great pool bar. read more

Lots of tables ,corn hole ,Pac-Man ,games and fun . Have some rooms to rent for functions. Will be going back for sure.

If I could give this zero stars I would...be forewarned...we had a birthday party with 20 people last night and were promised we would have access to dart boards, pool tables and cornhole OVER THE PHONE....we get there and there is another group party in the designated cornhole area and we were told we cannot go in there until their party finishes....we were told over the phone that we had to rent 2 pool table as it was part of their 'package'...in hind sight, they wanted to book both large parties so they did and stuck us in a small corner and made us play pool which we didn't even want to...and the food (which we had to order through their 'package') was a 2 on a a scale of 1-10...the quesadillas were gross, the pizza was a joke and the chicken wings were blah...so when I ask a bartender to get me the manager politely, she tells me there are 2...so I went to the first one and she proceeded to tell me she's not really a manager and I have to go speak to the owner who's the real manager ...he is a bald guy who is bar tending ...told him I needed to speak with him and he said he'd be right back but continued bar tending and blew me off..after ten minutes of sitting at the bar waiting, I realized he was just ignoring me now...zero customer service and doesn't care about anything but getting your money...place will be out of business within 2 years mark my words...don't waste your time or money going there read more
