Back Story: About a month ago, I realized I had the chance to go after an obscure bucket list dive I learned about years ago, but I only had a few weeks (in the middle of winter) to get my dry suit diver certification, which is required for it. I was pessimistic about the possibility of getting this done, but I still contacted every dive training service in the region just in case there was a chance. The Merrimack location has an indoor track, racquetball courts, cardio and weight equipment, a swimming pool (for lap swim, classes, swim lessons, team swim, etc), as I mentioned previously, three locations for fitness classes (aerobic and yoga area, spin and dance studio that is used by the barre class). I love Yoga, Zumba (regular and toning), Dance Fit, and kickboxing. The instructors are friendly, welcoming and informative. I always have fun even if I am not the most coordinated individual. It is a great way to cross train for my regular hiking and running routines. The fee price is more than your typical PF type place but offers so much for the cost.
