We had ben inspect our home and unfortunately he missed two huge expensive issues. The former…read moreowner painted latex paint over oil base without primer or paint prep and all the paint is pealing off the doors and trim. The pealing paint was exposed in several areas so should have been observed and noted in his report and was not. Also, we have 9 triple pain windows that are fogged and need to be replaced. The former owners kept the blinds down to obscure this issue. Its a lot of windows and will be very expensive to replace : ( The needed repairs may well cost $20,000 to $30,000 which is a lot plus the time to work with vendors to complete these needed repairs
