Roxana was honestly the most comforting and informative person I spoke to. She provided a lot of insight on what we can do going forward, the options we had if we wanted to relocate my mom after she's exhausted the medicare piece, which plans were good in the future for my other elder family members, and information on home care and how insurance can "refresh" after that (with a lot of conditions, etc). After I got home, I slept for a couple of hours, and when I woke up we chatted--the conversation helped me stay alert and shake off the grogginess from the anesthesia.
