The guy that fixes and does maintenance is very sweet. The only thing I would say, which is something 24 is not fault for is the fact that people spit their gum outside in the front. I don't know why people do this, but it's not cool. They also provide paper towels and sanitizer, which is really nice. I do wish more people cleaned up after they are done with the equipment though! I enjoy working out there!!

Since 24HF has senior fitness classes on the days that my community center doesn't, I decided to go. I'm older and use the One Pass that comes with Medicare Insurance. When I approached the classroom where the senior fitness classes are taught, I was appalled at how crowded it was. There were at least 50 people in the room, possibly more. There wasn't enough room to move around without smacking the person next to you. I told The downstairs person (who was working alone and running all over the gym doing other duties). He told me that they are allowed 60 people in that class. I asked if they check to make sure every person is reserved? And they don't. Yes, I get my membership for free. But before Covid I paid around $700/a year for my membership and that would really piss me off to try to go to a class that was not being managed as far as reservations and overcrowding go. I think I'm going to look into a different gym for my extra workout workouts.

My son is 4 and is on the spectrum- finding a place he is comfortable at and well cared for has not been easy. We are always greeted by every single person who works there and the staff at the kids club is so incredibly welcoming and you can tell they really care about the kids. My son asks to go to the gym every single day - he has made friends, he is talking more, he is becoming much more independent and it is because of Villa Sports. Stacey has went out of her way to give me updates on my son and I feel like this place is so lucky to have her, and so is every kid that goes here. If I could list every kids club staff member I would because I truly love all of them. If you have kids, this place is for you! No question about it. On top of that, this place is clean, has so many machine opens, tons of free weights, a great pool and just wow - I will never go anywhere else and honestly neither should you! I was a paying member for about a year and a half, and just raved about pure barre; especially this…read morelocation. I had so much trouble losing the covid weight and tried everything to get back into shape. I took a foundations class and just fell in love with the movements and it became my church! However, a few weeks ago, I injured my finger taking a define class (pure barre with cardio and weight training), and split my finger open on the sharp part of the actual bar. There was no apologies or any kindness, "How is your finger:" Is there anything we can do?" It just seemed like they were indicating since I lost so much weigh and was weak that it was my fault; perhaps that had something to do with it, but the way I was treated was inhumanly. Granted, they did give me a free medical freeze, etc. but I think it was to cover their own hind.'' As with any business, I wanted to keep them updated and went into the studio to get WATER, and just got chewed out by the manager stating my presence was bad for business and that I was driving new members and members away. It wasn't like I was standing in front of the business with a cardboard sign begging people to go in because they would get injured. It was ridiculous. Mind you, this is coming from the owner RANDI MAKIN. If I were to have a business that served clients and paying members, it wouldn't be in my worst nightmare I would shun anyone away. I believe in customer service and think that if you treat customers/ members well, word will get out that they would want to join, or at least enjoy the experience with you. I have brought in several friends and they just loved it, but now I would recommend anyone to not even think about joining the Tanasbourne location. I was awestruck by the owners response, just not even being a bit concerned about me, a PAYING MEMBER'S well-being or taking any responsibility and blaming the accident on me. I immediately sent out an email stating my dissatisfaction with the response to Randi's txt (yes, it eas all in a text mind you), and basically asked for any kind of kindness as to the state of my finger. They never offered me any kindness and therefore canceled my membership immediately. The only response I received was "So sad to see you go." I was stunned! Next steps are to contact corporate because I have done all I can do to complain about the ridiculous text. I am in no way try on to drive business away from PB, and maybe all the locations are the same, business, not member focused, but do not go to the Tannasborne location. They didn't even offer to pay my medical bills. The text totally confused me and left me feeling angry and resentful, so I waited a day, just to get any type of recognition or response and I got peanuts.

Card on file went off. Several calls every day. Finally answer. Try to explain I don't want the membership, can they cancel. No, I have to write a letter or something. Asked to speak with a manager. Argue a bit. Customer service rep / front desk agent says: "A manager can't help you and I won't transfer you anyway because I'm 17 and you need to show a bit of respect." 17 year old hangs up on me. I call back, get a manager, explain the situation, ask for her to cancel the members, she says she can't, she has policies, policies dictate me writing a letter and more hoop jumping. Ugh. Anyway, that's my experience. Pretty bad overall.
