We set up a date for him to start work which coincided with bulk pick up so that he didn't have to haul anything away. He requires a 50% deposit with the remainder upon completion of the job. It was a 2 day job because we had 40' trees that hadn't been trimmed in years. I'm so happy that I no longer have to worry about the trees falling over during a hurricane. Got one price from a girl and when the guy showed up added another $560 to initial quote. I went ahead anyway because I needed it done. Then I go check on service and still a bunch of dead leaves on trees. They come back , argue about it even though they see the dead leaves. Finally they agree to cut it. I had to step away on an errand and within 30 minutes they start calling me every 3 minutes for payment. I tell her I'm still driving and they need to wait until I'm home in 20 minutes but she continues to yell at me that payment is due immediately. They had just finished like 5 minutes prior!! Then they threaten my son they'll call the cops !!?? I would never hire them again
