Fancy company with zero follow through. Sales team was very nice and polite seemed very professional. Told them of an issue I had with the breaks on the drive home to the Bay Area. Had to take it in for a break inspection on my own dime within a week of owning the car. And still to this day almost six months later they are still messed up. Zero follow through on the company seeing how things are with the car or the issue I reported to them. But since I didn't spend high dollars with them, doesn't seem like I am an important enough client for them. Small fish as it may be. They handle mostly high end vehicles. Not a recommendation if you're looking for good customer service and a company that shows value in wanting your repeat business. Would be a quarter star but it won't allow me to do so. read more

Nice place with a decent amount of vehicles. Selection of vehicles was good and all looked to be in good condition - visually. My buying experience wasn't the best. Dealership was an hour away. Made an appointment to check out a Porsche that I saw online. When I arrived, only two workers were there - one in an office and the other on the phone & with another customer. Lady on phone asked if I needed help and I told her I had an appointment to check out a Porsche. She pointed me toward the warehouse (room next to entrance) and said it should be somewhere in there. Luckily it was easy to find since it's orange in color. Spent some time looking over the car. They had parked it so close to another vehicle that it was very difficult to get into the drivers side to check out the car. I was hoping to test drive the car to make sure it drove as good as it looked. Unfortunately they don't let you test drive the car until you agree on a purchase price first. That's their policy choice, but I'm accustomed to dealers encouraging the customer to take the vehicle out for a test drive to see if it's to their satisfaction before talking numbers. It also would have been nice if they pulled the car out so I could view the whole vehicle, in and out, without having to deal with another vehicle parked so close. Visually it was a nice car, but the experience didn't encourage me to want to buy the car. Since this car would be a "fun" purchase and not a necessity, I'll keep searching. read more

My husband and I wanted to purchase a Mercedes we saw online. Called them to ask if we can go by to check it out. We went and were not greeted by anyone. We were the only ones in there for about 10 mins, so we walked around looking at the cars on the display floor. Another couple walked in, we all stood in the middle/waiting area for someone to come out. One guy came out from the back and goes to the counter and ignores us. I thought as soon as he's done doing whatever at the counter that he'll look up and assist us. Wrong, he looks at my husband and I and walks right back into the door he came out of. I shouted out "excuse me, can we get some help". He doesn't turn back or anything. About 5 minutes later another guy walks out and asks us what can he help us with, but then sees the other couple too. He looks at us and says "hold on" and then walks over to the other couple. Proceeds to ask them how he can help them and they tell him the car they're interested in. He immediately shakes their hands while introducing himself and walks them into the next room where all the cars were parked. My husband and I didn't get a proper introduction nor did he share his name with us. We should've left then. We didn't because my husband was really eyeing the car we were there for. About a minute or two later another salesman comes out to help us. He was nice but appeared bothered. Another sign for us to leave, and again we didn't. We told him the Mercedes we wanted to see, he said he didn't know where the car is but will get the keys. He comes back without the keys and says the car is outside. We walked outside and see another employee in the backseat gluing something. Sales guy then tells us they are working on the car to get it ready for sale. Ummm, why was it even posted online when it wasn't ready? Anyway, we inspected the car and noticed a few more things wrong with the car including a cracked back headlight. We asked to test drive it to see how it runs which it drove smoothly...for the ONE minute around the block that they said we were allowed to drive. Literally made four short right turns and was back at their location. My husband still liked the car so we wanted to give them another chance. They said they're going to replace what needs to be replaced and will probably be about 2 weeks. Three of the guys started speaking in their language and one of the guy says to us "call us and come back in two days" and I asked "for what?" Mind you, we were not looking into financing the car. We went there intending to take the car home with us that day. I told them "thank you but we won't be calling or coming back". We drove off and took our business to a dealership in the neighboring county and purchased an immaculate Mercedes for less than what Abramovich listed amount. The car is still listed online. I'm glad we took our business elsewhere. read more
