The engine, transmission, and overall condition were excellent. However, I did notice a loud whooshing noise coming from the sunroof, like it wasn't sealing properly. When we got back, I told them about the issue, and that's when I met Yavi, the owner. He didn't brush it off or make excuses. Instead, he personally took the car for a drive then straight to the service department. Less than 30 minutes later, he was back and the problem was fixed. I took the car for another drive, and sure enough, the noise was completely gone. Now, that's what I call exceptional customer service. He could have easily prioritized the customers buying $200,000 G-Wagons, but he treated me with the same level of care and attention, even though I was buying a much more affordable model. I just wanted to give "A Big Shout Out" regarding this Great Car Dealership, namely Abramovich Motors. Unlike any other. It's like walking into a large corporate office building with very nice glass-enclosed offices to include a large beautiful showroom along with another quite large room, all to display their exquisite car/SUV inventory coupled with a super friendly staff. The dealership being family owned and operated. Their outstanding cars, SUV's, etc. and prices speak for themselves. Again, all vehicle inventory is entirely located inside their building. Being one great idea, so avoiding any and all outside inclement weather conditions/elements. All vehicles being extremely detailed, both inside and out, actually looking like brand new. I indeed felt I was in the Twilight zone. LOL. The entire building also has very high and open ceilings, it's once being a Brewery. Plus absolute zero sales pressure with their cars, SUVs, etc. moving out fast. Their cars/vehicles being shown by appointment only. Plus I am one to kid around a lot and it was well-taken by all to include Yevi, the owner, Lana, Anya, Vitalia and even Vadim. LOL. I spoke to them over the phone before coming in because I was so sick of dealing with used car dealerships and the bait and switch routine I was experiencing every time I walked through a dealership's doors. I purchased one of their lowest priced vehicles and they treated me as if I were purchasing a Maserati. It was immaculate when I picked it up and they ran it through a car wash for me but they wanted me to bring it back because they wanted to have it done by their detail person. They also ordered me four brand new car mats (because one was missing) and they replaced the battery on my key fob after I returned for the detail they promised two weeks later! Don't trust these people, they sell frame damaged cars. It happened to me. I bought a car 2 yrs ago from these dealership and now the new dealership tells me that my car is worth 1/2 of the current value. They buy cars with structural damage or accidents and sell them for top $$$$$ to their customers. And don't trust their clean car fax. Don't make the same mistake I did :TRUST THESE PEOPLE !!! Looked at all the bad reviews and people complaining with the same problem!! Most of the good few reviews are from family members and friends. We test drove it and came back to do the paper work. Denis and his family helped us out. Zero pressure, which is what I was relieved to see. They were totally professional, yet humorous and friendly.
