It may take months or even a year for the DMV investigations office to get back to you, but the more people that put in complaints, the faster they can take these scumbags out of business, along with their Arizona dealership that they use to fraud people. Based on my experience, I can see why they have so many positive ones. My vehicle was having an issue related to the fuel pump. They took the time to properly diagnose the problem, explained what was going on, and made the necessary repair. I really appreciated that they focused on identifying the actual issue rather than just throwing parts at the problem or recommending work that wasn't needed. The final cost did come in a little higher than the initial estimate, but I think it's important to be fair about that. An estimate is exactly that--an estimate. Sometimes additional costs come up once a mechanic gets into the actual repair and sees exactly what is needed. Personally, I don't think it's fair to penalize a business simply because an estimate ends up being a little higher than originally expected, especially when the work is done properly and the issue is actually resolved. I've been driving the car for the past few days since getting it back, and so far it has been running great with no issues. At the end of the day, that's what matters most to me: the problem was properly diagnosed, repaired, and the vehicle is running the way it should.
