Awful and unprofessional business practice at this location. Reported to the BBB so others can…read moreavoid being treated this way and having sensitive documentation handled carelessly and with disregard. Genuinely shocked at how unprofessional this establishment behaved over the phone every time we spoke . Treated with disrespect and attitude every single time i called and had documentation mocked and challenged as if I was a con. Complete failure on the managers part to fulfill her obligation and responsibility in her role "Description of complaint: The manager at this facility, admitted to submitting sensitive documentation, to her underwriting department, and at the same time admitted that my documentation was not satisfactory, but that she had no interest in making additional effort to retrieve satisfactory and sufficient documentation from me. This resulted in me providing sensitive social Security, lease , and address, documentation documentation, which the manager willingly and admittedly submitted, knowing that the format with which the information was provided was not satisfactory. Due diligence was not taken, through an admittance to refuse to put any additional effort forth on her end, to adequately assist me, which ultimately and additionally, created a hard inquiry on my credit report. I was given no disclosure about how my sensitive information would be disposed of moving forward, or whether that information would be shared The individual was also incredibly rude every single time we spoke. She had admitted on the phone that she was not going to make any additional effort to make sure my information was properly submitted to underwriting. She implied that I had altered my Social Security card. She told me that underwriting didn't believe that my lease was real. She was incredibly rude. Dismissive, unprofessional. And most egregiously, handled sensitive information in an unprofessional and unethical manner. I was polite and courteous to this individual (Leucene) perhaps. She claimed to be the manager. I said her name in question to verify whom I was speaking to, which was met with silence. (She was incredibly rude, and argumentative when I questioned why she would submit documentation to underwriting, knowing well, and admittedly that it was not sufficient) I question whether this business is legitimate. Desired settlement: No settlement requested - for BBB information only"

She was with us every step of the way, answered all of our questions, kept us updated, and made the entire buying process smooth and enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I also want to recognize Ryan, the sales manager. While he wasn't there when we purchased our Toyota Tundra over Father's Day weekend, he stepped in afterward and took exceptional care of us. When we discovered the windshield had a crack, Ryan immediately took ownership of the situation. He made sure everything was handled quickly, kept us informed, and had the windshield replaced within a week. Every question or concern we had after the sale was addressed promptly and professionally. It's refreshing to work with a dealership that stands behind its customers even after the paperwork is signed. Joanna and Ryan both went above and beyond, and we're incredibly grateful for the outstanding customer service they provided. We highly recommend Lake Elsinore Dodge, Ram & Jeep and would gladly do business with them again

I had one day of contact with Lake Elsinore Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, and it was a complete mess…read morefrom start to finish. My salesperson, Allan, consistently failed to follow up. Every text message or phone call required me to reach back out just to get a response or basic information. Throughout the day, I was transferred at least eight times, which was absolutely ridiculous. I was bounced from person to person and eventually sent straight to voicemail instead of reaching someone who could actually help. At one point, Allan transferred me to a manager named JV, and it went directly to voicemail. Later, I was transferred to the general manager, multiple times. Again, straight to voicemail. In fact, not once did anyone answer the phone when I called. Every attempt either ended in another transfer or voicemail. It felt like I had to fight for every bit of communication. The information I received was also inconsistent, especially regarding the vehicle's price, which came across as shady. To make matters worse, Vanessa told me over the phone, "Well, taxes will be between $4,000 and $8,000." Seriously? That's an enormous range. I couldn't get anyone to provide clear, straightforward numbers. No one at this dealership seems to be on the same page. Communication between staff is terrible, there was zero follow-through, and getting simple answers felt impossible. Buying a used car shouldn't require chasing people down just to get basic information. After my experience, I looked through other customer reviews and found many describing the same issues with poor communication, lack of follow-through, and confusing pricing. Based on my experience and what I read from other customers, I'd strongly recommend steering clear of this dealership and taking your business somewhere that values your time and communicates honestly.

There was no sales pressure whatsoever and the process was quick and easy. We've had the car for 2 months now and it's running like a champ. We got the license plates, registration, and title in a very timely manner. Highly recommend buying a car from Manny!

I would love to give 0 stars and make a direct complaint, but Manny the owner has either ignored my…read moremessages or blocked my number. In April, he sold me a truck that he knew I was extremely elated about. I love old Toyotas, and it was perfect. He said it was from Nevada and the only issue was the filler neck. Great! I said okay let me go see it, I'll get it. I took my dad, but only to test drive it since I wasn't great at manual transmission at the time but wanted to get the truck anyway. Manny and I came to an agreement that he would sell it to me as is and I will pay the tags and taxes myself. I did, and came to find out that the entire frame is rotten. I haven't driven it often because I'm deathly afraid to drive it. It has harden spray foam in the frame, riveted metal planks onto the frame, and some parts aren't even connected anymore due to corrosion. I am lucky enough to have such a great professor in automotive class and we evaluate the truck and fix what we can because I really don't have extra money to do an entire frame change or buy a new one. On top of that, the entire thing was coated so there was no way for me to tell at the moment. I purchased the BADVIN report, and that's how I found out that Manny actually WAS aware of the rust, because he had made over 20 sales ads stating that there is a rust issue, but the last ad he had posted on his website, he took off that clause. I was able to find the archived sales records because of the Badvin report. I also found out that the truck is from New Hampshire, not Nevada, he never gave me a carfax for it. What would happen if the frame broke when I was driving my kids around? What about if that had happened to manny or a loved one? It's a shame that although manny is hiding behind an "as-is" sale, I can't imagine what the ethical standards of this company are? Take money from a 25 year old girl who is a full time student and employee, and give her a truck that is very very unsafe to drive and risk her life? I feel taken advantage of quite frankly. He was more than happy to give me the unsafe truck. I use my car every single day because I am either at work or school at any given time of the day pretty much, and I've had to use Ubers and borrow cars and ask for rides. I tried to drive the truck for some time but I drive too much to keep risking it, I can't afford a new one. I kept telling myself for so long that I just shouldn't say anything but I decided that this will be my attempt to keep other people safe who might end up buying an unsafe car from Manny.
