10 STARS FOR CHRIS BENNETT!!!…read more Alrighty, yall ready for a story?! So a couple months ago, I originally had my Jeep towed to the Elsinore dealership. After dealing with the horrible customer service there (I USED TO WORK THERE IN SERVICE) I asked them not to touch my car and not to go further and I would be towing it out. I show up Friday to tow it out. They have it in a bay and I asked them to release it to a tow truck. It was all in text and writing so not my problem that they don't listen to direction. To top it off, the following Monday the advisor they called me and said he needed more time with my vehicle... My vehicle was towed out the previous Friday... Way to keep track of what you're doing. I towed it to Temecula to Chris Bennett!! I had my water pump repaired for over $800 at Elsinore about six months prior. She has overheated quite a bit... (4 times now in her 6 years) Backstory, I have a 2020 2.0 wrangler with 140,000 miles now, no extended warranty. Lifted on 35s but no recalibration. No engine modifications. When I say Chris went to battle for me, I cannot stress enough on how amazing his customer service skills were and are. I will forever recommend him and I am back now to do my first oil change on my brand new engine that he was able to cover under consequential damage warranty from my water pump going out. Yes, she was in the shop for just over a month. But it's all worth it. I did have to prove my maintenance records, and again like I said earlier, I did used to work for a Jeep dealer so I do know how to take care of my vehicle. But patience is definitely a key and taking care of your cars in the right way can definitely help. And Chris is the best service advisor on the planet!!!! Formal Complaint -- Jeep Service Department (DCH TEMECULA)…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally complain about the extremely poor service I received from the Jeep service department at DCH TEMECULA. I wish there were a zero-star option. I believed returning to the dealership--especially since I purchased my vehicle there--would be the best choice. Instead, I was treated as though my business did not matter. Details of the Issue 1) Lack of communication after drop-off After I dropped my vehicle off, there was absolutely no communication. I had to call multiple times, and I repeatedly reached voicemail. No one returned my calls, so I was forced to keep calling until I finally reached someone. 2) Unhelpful and unprofessional customer service My service representative (I will not name names) seemed uneducated and blamed me for the issue. The service manager demonstrated zero customer service skills, and because my vehicle is not under warranty, he made it clear he could not care less about helping me. 3) $245 charge with no timely resolution I was charged $245 to be told what I already brought my vehicle in for--only to then be told the issue could not be fixed for at least 45-60 days because parts were unavailable. This was presented as "blamed the world," which I found highly unprofessional. 4) Ongoing concern about vehicle safety I was left without meaningful help or guidance and was essentially left to figure out what to do next. I am still unsure whether my Jeep is safe to drive. I also do not know whether this is a broader or national issue, as no one provided clear answers or support. Requested Action & Next Steps Given the lack of communication, the unhelpful service response, and the 45-60 day delay due to unavailable parts--after charging me $245--I am escalating this matter. My next letter will be to Jeep corporate, the Better Business Bureau, and my legal counsel. I will never return to, or recommend, DCH TEMECULA again.

I worked with Moises Nunez. I wish I could give him 5 stars, but I had to take one off only because I didn't get the truck I originally wanted. He sent me a picture of the Wind Chill Pearl TRD Sport and I said I would return in a few weeks for it. We'll, but the time I came back it was sold! =( I was really bummed, and I also had a list of things I wanted. He did make up for it, though, so it's going to be a solid 4 stars from me. I ended up with my second choice, which is the Heritage Blue. It I had the money, I would not have thought twice about the beautiful Wave Maker Blue TRD Pro!! I just drool over it, lol. So I ended up leasing the vehicle since I wanted options, and I may want to get a different vehicle altogether by the time this lease is up. Moises did tell me I could come back sooner if I wanted to and he would have my white truck!! Lol I said I'd hold him to that, haha! The process went smoothly and even though it was a rough start at the financing office, I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I had an appointment in San Diego and they worked quickly to get the paperwork done so that I could leave. They were even gracious enough to give me a loaner to go to my appointment ao that I wouldn't add more miles to my SUV. Overall, I am happy with my new truck. They gave me a sweet deal I couldn't pass up. It came with running boards, but I didn't like them so I found a pair online and brought it back ti the dealership where Moises himself put them on for me. Now THAT is great customer service!! One last thing I requested was a blue bow (because everyone always has a red bow) to be on my truck when they delivered it to me. They came through!!! Haha! A complete disaster. Fake CPO inspections and nonexistent management…read more What a disaster! I have owned a Mercedes for over 8 years (bought in the Bay Area) and love the brand. Because of that loyalty, I brought my wife to Mercedes-Benz of Temecula to upgrade her vehicle. We bought a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) GLA250. I always buy CPO for the warranty and peace of mind. In fact, my current Mercedes was a CPO--it is now 13 years old and has never had a single major issue. This car, however, has been plagued with problems from day one and should never have qualified for CPO status. The previous owner clearly mistreated it, and this dealership absolutely skipped the rigorous inspection they claim to perform. When I confronted the Service Manager about it, he admitted they just looked at the computer records, saw a service history, and "figured it was fine." That is a blatant failure of the CPO promise. Yes, we have brought it in three times, and yes, they covered the repairs under warranty. But because of the constant issues, I reached out to three different people at the dealership expressing how nervous we are about the vehicle's reliability. I asked what they could do to make this right. The result? Total silence. Not a single solution, zero help, and zero accountability. If you want proof of how little this team cares about customers once they have your money, look at the review history here. Management routinely ghosts people, ignores emails, and fails to return phone calls. At the helm of this operation is General Manager Garth Blumenthal, who sets the tone for the entire establishment. When I finally got a response, I was met with zero interest in resolving the issue and a massive attitude. It is clear that customer satisfaction means nothing to him once the check clears. I have received better service at Wal-Mart. We are so dissatisfied with this vehicle and the atrocious lack of service that we are now taking the car to a reputable, independent mechanic for any future work. I will willingly pay out of pocket just to avoid dealing with this untrustworthy staff again. If you are in the market for a Mercedes, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. They do not care about your business, they do not care about your safety, and they do not earn your hard-earned dollars.
