Purchased a used vehicle from Ahmed. HE SOLD ME A VEHICLE with metal on metal NO BRAKE PADS. He knew I was traveling 100 miles with 3 small children in this car. When I rang him about the brake pads, his response was denial and gaslighting. Even though I have photos, looked at the pads and rotors with my own eyes and the vehicle is in the brake shop 2 days after purchase. He put me and my family SERIOUS DANGER and then behaved like a used car salesman afterwards. I have worked on cars my entire life. It was impossible for me to see the pads in the situation I was in. Dealerships are responsible for making sure the car stops efficiently before letting a customer purchase it. I never feel that I am being treated with gender bias. He even is completely fine with negotiating on the price. The paperwork process is quick and simple and does all the registration for you. I received registration in 9 days. He always tells you where he got the vehicles which are usually trade ins to dealerships nearby when someone gets an upgrade. Only downside was that the battery in the car was 4 years old and died about 2 weeks later. I put another one in but that is to be expected. Would definitely buy another car there. read more

The owner was very nice, and came across as very honest. I test drove the car that I wanted, and I was sure it was the one. I paid $160 for an independent inspection. The inspection found transmission issues. I have a very hard time believing that Auto Pro didn't know that the car had transmission issues. He sold my parents a 2007 Honda Odyssey and in 2 weeks the Honda was broken with the engine light on we went to the mechanic and he charging us 1,500 for everything my parents almost spend $7,000 on the car it not fair how he said he didn't know about the engine light the mechanic said most likely the battery was disconnected and he connect the battery again when we went to look at the car . That means the engine light goes off for 2 weeks and it come back again. I thought that he didn't know anything about it . purchased an 08 honda fit from here few months back. next day check engine light came on car was misfiring running like crap. check out coilpacks everyone of them mismatched. then look further into the car and the rotors are warped brake pads millimeters away from metal to metal. bald tires even one had a bubble. running lights dont work brake lights blown out missing clips that hold the front bumper from falling off. no maintenance done no F's given. and theres much more wrong... here we are 3 months later... with a blown engine. making payments on a car that hasnt been driven in weeks. now im having to use my husbands car in which we both commute and now killing his car putting 250 miles a day 5 days a week on it.... these cars are bought from auctions. they are not road worthy or reliable. buying from here is taking a big chance. with no warranty at all not even for 30 days should be a deal breaker for anyone looking to buy a newer used car. i cant give a one star cause i cant prove if this was a act of sabotage to get the car running and sold or a defect in hondas engine. but out of my 30 years of driving hondas not one has ever blown on me. not one. i sold my civic that had 400,000 miles on all the original parts and equipment for this pos car. it never had a problem and the person who owns it now dont have any problems... then account for all the other broken stuff. negligence comes to mind. lesson learned. will not be forgotten read more

The owner of the shop is also the only salesman you will talk to. He isn't pushy and will let you look around and test drive without supervision. I have some background in sales and I felt very comfortable talking and dealing with him. He has a good selection of reasonably priced cars. We didn't like the one we went to buy, but he had several other similar models available. We actually ended up getting a better deal for a better car than we originally were intending to buy. He stayed late on a Saturday while his wife and kid sat patiently in the waiting area to seal the deal. I felt bad for that, but I never felt rushed. Service after the sale was excellent. We were in the process of moving to Texas and wanted a car that could reliably get us there. It ran like a champ, got us to Texas just fine, and he kept very good communication with us as we registered the car in Texas. I can't say enough, would definitely buy again from this seller. read more
