Tow service never calls when they arrive or knocks on address door, they just text saying drivers here come outside . I see text 5 minutes after it was sent , spent 20 minutes standing out side in snow . I call and text Bradleys NO ANSWER, I finally give up go in and call VW roadside assistance. VW roadside states driver drove by , did not see anyone standing by car. so he left . ( the car is in the driveway of the address given) Id say " CRAP SERVICE" By Bradey's. Plastic covering the windows provided by bodyshop to prevent further water damage They didn't drop off the car to the bodyshop as they supposed to and held the car hostage for 6 weeks, ignoring calls and emails from insurance company and their legal team. After receiving settlement from the lawyer, they tried to extort more money by removing the totally damaged car from the lot. the insurance tower that came to pick up the car from the supposed lot couldn't find the car.
