The work was done in 45 minutes, and I was on my way knowing that I'd be ready for the next snow storm. The visit confirmed a number of things about this business. 1) the manager is good at what he does, and has decent product knowledge. 2) if you're in the market for new brand-name tires, this is not the place to go. 3) their used tire selection and price is quite good 4) the waiting room is very welcoming for customers who need to wait while the work is being done. Based on the reviews I was expecting really friendly service and honest people, someone to tell you all the bs and promisses. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these things. They weren't rude per-se but Matt can be very polite but you should never trust someone with that sort of service because I can assure you quite a few red flags went out. I HATE this attitude of shops and avoiding it was the reason I ultimately chose this shop. It was really frustrating to be treated this way. After I got my car back and $2300 out of pocket the rims caps were missing and was promised that it will take no more than couple of days. Honesty is the foundation of the business success.
