Paid for massage and was charge for the body scrub even though it was. listed as being included. The lady doing massage was rough and stayed too long in one location and continue to work the same area's over and over. Not a full massage. read more

Paid for an hour, lady left the room five times and didn't account for the added time I should have gotten, ended the massage early by ten minutes because other costumers came in. Place was dirty, towel had holes in it. Door was open the whole time which made me very uncomfortable since customers were coming in. Then rushed me to get dressed, and after I was dressed in a hoody proceeded to try to massage my neck for another minute which didn't make any damn sense. If you want to be rubbed with lotion while you are sleeping you better go to Massage envy or head&stone. Their level of customer service might not be the best but I go there for massage. The place is always clean Update After 3 years going there I had to find another place. I was giving them pass on many things because I would get a great massage there. Every time I came there massage would be worst and worst. On my way there I would hope I don't get the lady I got last time. They don't speak English there so it's hard to explain where you want extra attention or which lady you prefer. It seemed to me that new ladies would do a good job. After working some time there they don't care and dig into your mussels on one spot for 5 minutes. Last two times I got a lady with hands like a sand paper. The very last time my boyfriend and I went there we payed $180 for 90 minutes plus tips. One lady would keep going outside to greet other people walking in and she would talk to them for a couple minutes. They didn't add time at the end. While we were laying there the manager came in our room and started to talk to the ladies. I thought it was pretty crazy that even manager would do so. I said something to them and they laughed at me that I got so mad. When we would get a couple massage almost all the time ladies would talk with each other. It's $120 for a couple for 60 min. I think it's way too much for the service they provide. It's not a relaxing place anymore. I was laying on a table and thinking where she would hurt me next. I love it here!! I found this place last summer when I could not get an appointment at Hand & Stone close by. It turned out to be a blessing!!I Last week I called to see if I could get a massage within the hour and was told absolutely!!! Lucy gave me a 60 minute massage. It was soo the owner told me to come byrecently went I had Lucy!! She did such a great job that my achey back muscles felt better in no time!! I went back today a week later and had Lucy again!! I now know why the saying does 'I love Lucy' cause she has hands of gold!! read more

August 23, 2018: First red flag, when we called for an appointment someone who didn't speak English answered the phone, said; Ok Ok come in. Upon arrival, empty waiting room, second red flag. Non speaking English woman took our payment of 127.92, then couldn't answer any questions. I have a bad back and cannot lay on my stomach, and b/c she didn't speak English couldn't understand why I wasn't on my stomach. She started a massage on me while my husband lay waiting, other masseuse was late 10 minutes. Because of the lack of communication, my massage was terrible and my back hurts worse than when I arrived. Door left open for entire massage, w/in view of front door, completely unprofessional. This establishment isn't making money from massages, must be front for other lasciviousness. Negative 10 stars! read more

My daughter took me here after months of pain with a lower back injury. I've been back 2x. Accommodating, relaxing environment, no pushy sales and very affordable rates. I went here for a sixty minute massage. Half way through the massage the masseuse switched and had another masseuse come in and finish after she came in the room and talked to each other in Vietnamese or Chinese. I realized later they left the door open while my face was in the cradle and she massaged my back. Anyone could have walked in Spa and seen me half naked. Not professional or good at all. read more
