His lady was directing him like asking for feet up to put the pillow down, mine didn't. When it came time to move to the next limb, my lady kept saying how do you feel? Its nice isn't it. Anthony went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and aware of where everything was and even went out of his way to get me items I requested that the spa didn't have. Omg! I was in Atlantic City for a few days but couldn't get a much needed massage bc All hotel's Spa was closed. Ahhh, ha, at last. Spa hours : Thursday-Monday 10:00-5pm. Masseuse, Carmen. She's a thin little thing with very very strong fingers. I was like she won't be able to get the knots out. Omfg, i limped in with a frown & happily walked out w/ 99.9% less body pain. My muscles were relaxed I could even bend with no pain. I was leaving the next day & wished I could stay longer. Guys if u want to hang comfortably in the Sports bar w/ ur boys for a couple of hours then setup & pay for a surprised Spa treatment for ur lady or significant other. I got the deep tissue bc they can adjust to ur liking. Ladies, the same thing. If it's ur husband's birthday treat him to a massage as well or buy ur own. Whatever's Clever! Ohhh, plz bring or buy a swimsuit in the Spa. I had mine but wanted to buy another. The outside pool ‍ was closed bc it was the last week of September 2023. Fellas, they do have a cool Gym as well. The spa itself is nice, the amenities available are nice and Katrina is awesome. My husband and I had a couples massage for my birthday.The massage left a lot to be desired. The back and shoulder massage was decent but the rest - legs, arms, feet were just a quick brush over. I have gotten massages several times before both at home and on vacations. A one hour massage at home runs $65-80 and last fall I had a massage at an Ocean City Maryland resort for $110/hr. Standard with these massages are a heated massage table, hot stones, oil and hot towels at the end. The massage table at Qua was not heated, there were not hot stones and the massage was only 50 minutes. Definitely not worth over $400. I had planned on spending time in the pools that they have to offer after the massage with my husband but the pools are not co-ed eventhough bathing suits are required. The pools were half of what we were expecting and why we were willing to pay more in the first place. What we were expecting for the high price was a day at the spa not just a 50 minute mediocre massage. Will not be returning. read more

We had a couples massage The coma-sutra which specializes a scrub and relaxing massage which you can have tailored to which ever areas in your body need the most attention. The spa offered add ons and had a relaxing lounge with cold hot pools . A place to decompress with teas and snacks and awesome staff to see to your needs. They face us Valentine's Day chocolate hearts which was a wonderful touch. Since the the sis is located in Caesar's hotel and casino when you are done with this two hour indulgence you can grab a meal at any of the amazing eateries and if you'd like come back and dip in the pools again because you are granted an all day pass. read more

My friends and I were really looking forward to our weekend trip to Atlantic City and we're excited to go to the spa. We get to the spa and they tell us we are not in their system and we don't have appointments ( I made the appointments two months in advance). After speaking with the young gentleman Qushawn and the manager they were able to rectify the situation and offered us appointments for the following day at a discounted price which we gladly accepted. The following day we return to the spa for our 9am appointments and were told to wait in the relaxation room. About ten minutes later one of the therapist comes out and tells my friend she is late for her appointment and explain that we were not and that we've been waiting and she goes "well nobody told me." So I found that to be odd as it felt very accusatory and as if they weren't willing to accept responsibility for poor communication between the staff members. For the most part, our services went well, however, I don't think any of us got our full 50 minutes for our facials. Prior to walking into my facial the locker room attendant told me that it was 11am and when I came out my friend told me it was only 1125. I was also under the impression my body treatment came with a shower but was told the showers were broken by the male therapist who performed the body treatment, but yet my friend had one and she had a female. My other friend requested the Sand and Foam body treatment. This treatment was supposed to include a Fijian scalp massage. My friend did not receive this part of the treatment. Upon leaving she mentioned it to Kevin at the front desk who was taking payment. When he was told this he then acted as if she was lying and stated he would have to speak to the therapist who provided the service. Kevin then brings the therapist out and she says my friend did not receive the service with the scalp massage but yet kept saying my friend had received the Sand and Foam treatment. I took their pamphlet and then asked her to show us which treatment it was my friend got and she pointed to the sand and foam treatment where it says Fijian scalp massage. Her response was "I guess I forgot" and walked away. So now trying to rectify the situation with Kevin my friend asked to be discounted as she did not receive the service she had requested and his response was "It was only supposed to be ten minutes what's the big deal?" And then continued on with that we were already getting a discount "so you want another discount?" He could not understand why we didn't want to pay for a service that was not received. He finally called his manager to inquire about our request for a second discount and he is speaking loudly on the phone while looking at us and said "yeah so I have these customers here who are complaining." My jaw nearly hit the floor and I go "we're complaining? she didn't get a service that you're asking her to pay for." He gets off the phone with his manager who had stated to give my friend another 20% off. Moral of the story: Be careful if you choose to go here. I would have looked past the mistake from Saturday as I was aware they were getting a new system and things happen. Qushawn and his manager made things right. Katrina the Women's room attendant was also fabulous and very attentive. But their employee Kevin will make me never want to return again due to his rudeness and unprofessionalism for someone who works in the service industry. Their therapists also need to know their menu better as well as be more communicative with the arrivals of guests. read more

I used to visit here once a month in the off-season for the pools and steam. Being able to be nude in the spa area was a very body-affirming and body positive experience that very few places offer anymore. Unfortunately, now that swimsuits are required, I won't be back. I would usually get monthly facials with a medical aesthetician recommended by my dermatologist back home in Maryland but they don't offer weekend appointment anymore so haven't had my facial done in a while. I was guided into a changing room where they gave me my own cabinet to put my stuff and a soft bath robe to change into for my massage + rest of my time there. The base price is around the same (130) but slightly more expensive (140) than I'd usually pay for a 55min facial but all the amenities included (steam room, sauna, shower, cold and hot public bath with body, mouthwash + snacks/tea in the waiting room for the massage) and the comprehensive service made the whole experience so much more worth it. The kind ladies there kept asking if there was anything else we needed and saying to take our time there. I actually didn't know about all the amenities beforehand, like the cold/hot baths, and was kinda sad thinking I wouldn't be able to enjoy them because I didn't come with a swimsuit but then one of the ladies who worked there told me to just get 2 towels from them, one to wrap around me in the baths and the other to dry me off once I'm out. So still gotta make the most out of my time there, came out with my face glowing/hydrated after my facial and my body relaxed after the massage + baths. read more

Worst spa experience ever. Staff in the reception area are very rude and unaccommodating. Spa inside is small, crowded and inside staff are not that helpful either. Showers take forever to turn on the hot water, it has to run like 3 minutes to get hot water. Qua, the famous spa at the Caesar's in Las Vegas, opened a branch at their Atlantic City location some years ago. During a recent weekend trip, my sister and I paid them a visit for spa treatments. Qua is almost hidden away on one of the hotel tower floors, its entrance at the end of the hall. We checked in for our pre-booked treatments inside the spa amenities shop. We were given a brief tour of the facilities, lounge areas, lockers, showers, bathrooms, sauna and steam rooms, and the namesake Roman baths. The spa is smaller than I expected, but as their staff point out, it was never meant to replicate the size and scope of the Las Vegas original. The facilities are tranquil, clean, and relaxing. Light marble dominates the decor. Excellent showers, good quality sauna/steam rooms. The Roman baths consist of three pools of varying temperature and shape. I made use of most of the available baths and rooms, all very enjoyable. We got robes and slippers, and ample storage space in the lockers. The waiting area offered iced tea, hot tea, water, and some small snacks. We were greeted by our therapists right on time. I had the Sand & Foam Vichy shower body treatment. Have to admit I've always wanted to do one of these. As it turned out, the seven Vichy shower heads are on almost the entire treatment, just moved around as my therapist worked on different areas. The feel is like a constant massage, very soothing. My therapist was excellent, working with a sure hand; the treatment consisted of exfoliation and hydrating body massage, and extra foot massage. As wonderful as this Vichy shower treatment felt, it also felt like an incredible waste of water so I'll probably not do it again, but it does add a lovely sensation to an already excellent massage treatment. Will go just for the latter next time around. Expensive, but worth it for a treat once in a while. Gratuity of 18% is automatically added to the fee, although you can adjust up or down as you wish afterwards; personally found it to be a convenience. read more

Definitely smaller in scale than the Qua in Vegas but my experience was still great! The gym is nice - definitely enough equipment, big TVs, water, etc. The women's spa is really nice - there is one big room for the roman baths, and the steam room and sauna are off to the side. There are lots of comfy chairs and lounge chairs too. You really could spend the whole day in here. It's so relaxing. The bathroom and shower facilities are spotless and modern. The amenities are great - all kinds of bath products, towels everywhere, lockers, tea, snacks, etc. I also got a massage and it was good. My masseuse was very nice, professional, and gave a great massage. My whole experience here was very good and I was a bit hesitant because I am a huge fan of the Qua in Vegas. If you're in AC, I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

Having been to the Qua in Vegas, my expectations were set pretty high up. I was a bit disappointed to see how much smaller this spa was, but the pools were amazing nonetheless. It's a great way to relax and unwind from a weekend of fun. We came to soothe out the muscles and detox, hehe. There are three spa pools that you have to turn the jets on yourself (timer), one hot sauna and a steam room. No ice room. Those are my favorites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were okay. My robe was missing a belt, lol. You get that and slipper with your locker. I was looking forward to a great shower, but was met with so-so water pressure and lacking products. The conditioner didn't really do anything for my hair. Meh. They do have spa water and tea which is great. Oh! I hate it when other clients roll in with no sense of spa etiquette and start talking extremely loudly. Bah humbug I can't speak about the services but for the $50 spa amenities it's alright. I've been thoroughly ruined by the Las Vegas version of Qua. The Atlantic City Qua is very small, and not in the level of repair that the its bigger brother is. The gym, though decently furnished with new equipment, is a small triangle instead of a sprawling hall. The locker room showed age, and was small enough that any more than five people would make it seem crowded. The tubs were nice, as was the steam room, but there just wasn't a feeling of true pampering. Given the price (which is the same as Las Vegas), there should've been that feeling. The spa treatments I got were excellent, though. A solid massage, a solid facial. I walked out feeling truly relaxed. So relaxed, in fact, that I forgot for a moment that I had seen a bigger, more awesome version of where I was. read more

It was an "okay" experience. Signing in took too long. The supervisor at the desk was not helpful and very slow. There were 4 of us getting spa treatments for my mom's milestone birthday. We missed some of our massages dealing with the check in; there was some computer issue, but I wasn't being apprised of what was taking so long. Also, it took a while to find the spa in the hotel which is hidden away - we had to walk through the casino, then go to a certain floor in a certain tower. The spa area was pretty small. The masseuse was good and the spa attendant was helpful and personable. There's a 20 percent service charge, plus you are encouraged to leave an individual tip. Just went for my sister's bachelorette this past Saturday. Four women got massages and two of us got facials. We had a wonderful time overall. There was some confusion the weeks before over the phone booking the appointments, I think they had the wrong Saturday marked but no big deal. A quick fix. My facial with Rita was amazing. Every other girl also had a great time and we loved the Roman baths afterward. It was definitely worth the splurge. The onlyyyy nitpicky down side I personally had was the robe issue. There wasn't one my size (I'm a 1/2x usually, I think a lot of women are on average) and all the robes were all the smaller one size. And no one could find one to cover me so I had to wear a small one as a blanket basically till my appointment and that was embarrassing. Rita saved the day at the end of the appointment by hunting one down but. Very mortifying for everyone in the changing room and relaxation to hear that I needed a big size and nothing would be big enough for me. Also because like I was hoping for more size inclusiveness? I went to Qua at the end of July. I went with a group of 6 other women to celebrate a friend's 30th birthday. All was going well, until my friend (the one whose birthday we were celebrating) went to use the shower facilities. Upon entering, the glass shower door shattered. She was able to jump back in time and was not seriously harmed. Thick pieces of glasses sprayed all over the floor. What was more appalling was the way we were treated afterwards. The maintenance staff was harsh and inconsiderate. It took almost an hour for us to see a manager to speak to my friend, who was rightfully shaken up from the incident. The spa technicians that came out to see what happened seemed to find it all very funny... Security was also not empathetic and more concerned about the release waiver (which we were also unable to make a copy of due to the machine being broken and had to take pics via our phone). My friend had to also fight to have her services for the day comped (they were only $100). The manager did not want to do anything to make up for her incident. Not only was her relaxation experience ruined, the rest of the group felt the same way. It wound up taking almost 2 hours to wrap up after everything occurred, again taking away from our day. I have always recommended the Caesar's resort, however after our horrendous experience, it is hard for me to want to do the same going forward. A 30 min deep cleansing facial was $90, before an additional 27% was automatically added on top - 20% for gratuity and 7% for tax. (01/2013) The conclusion of this review: Use that money towards a Clarisonic Aria or Mia instead, because that's what they use during the facial. My skin didn't feel any cleaner than usual and I left pretty disappointed in the experience. I tried to find out what the difference was between the 30 min and the 60 min facial, but no one seemed to have a confirmed answer. The best response I got was "I think they just leave the cleanser on for a longer period of time." Great... That should have been my first clue to cancel this appointment! The facilities are clean, but dated. There's a fresh fruit bowl in the waiting room, but the grapes look dirty and unwashed. Hot water for tea is also available along with a selection of tea bags. I recommend going to Spa Toccare at Borgata for their "Borgata Glow Facial". My skin felt squeaky clean and super soft afterwards, and it seems like they put a lot more care into their service. There's better amenities there as well (aka, larger waiting room with enough space for people to have personal areas, wider selection of clean fruit and beverages for consumption). read more

Service is going downhill. Hope they get their act together. Last visit was disappointing. I have been here at least 20 times. Up until last year it was elegant and clean. Lately it has gotten pretty bad. 1) Does not comp platinum card holders for passes to use the facilities. Why not? Relaxed gamblers will stay longer and spend more money. Makes no sense to me especially when the place sits empty a lot. Also, entry to the spa is also not included when staying at the hotel. Lame. 2) The facilities are nice when they are working and clean but not so much last time. They usually have 3 tubs: hot, warm and cold. The largest one - warm - was out of order for at least 2 weeks and they don't bother to tell you when you are paying $50 to use just the facilities. 3) Worse thing: No enforcement of basic hygiene rules. Another patron could be heard LOUDLY clearing her sinuses and throat the entire time she used the steam room and sauna. We told staffers about how gross this was and they simply said she was a "high roller" rather than asking her to stop. Disgusting and the exact opposite of relaxing. Such a shame. Great potential but the apathetic staff makes me question the spa's cleanliness and quality. I will try it again and send an update. read more

(Don't think any tv is appropriate in a spa, going to a spa is to relax, soft background music and there should be some aromatherapy in this room. As said by the staff at the spa, this is a "Mini Qua." As in, don't even try to compare it to the one in Las Vegas or you will be dissappointed. However, it was very clean and plesant. I did miss not having the artic room, but the steam room, sauna and three little pools were very nice. My sister said the liked the pools even better here, because they all have bubbles; which actually was very nice. Space is very limited. If you look at the ceiling you can actually see that they built it to have to rainfall showers in the pool area, but rather than use them, they placed lounge chairs, because otherwise there would be no space for any! Showers were very nice as well, I actually liked them better than the ones in Vegas because they were less complicated with the faucets, could spend more time enjoying my shower, rather than trying to figure out how to work the fixtures. I didn't get a service here, only used the facilities. It was May, but the outdoor pool wasn't open yet. Didn't bring gym clothes either, but wished I had, because the gym area looked quite nice. My sister and I came here using the two free passes we got from our "Virtually Free" package with Ceasars. Otherwise I don't think I would spend the $50 dollars just to use the facilities, they're simply too limited for the price, however if I ever wanted to get a massage, I would definetly come back! read more

While staying at Caesars, we decided to go to Qua Baths & Spa for a couples massage. We're both not big massage people, but thought this might be a fun activity for us to do together while at Atlantic City. We arrived for our appointment and were pleasantly greeted by our spa attendants, giving us a tour of the spa and all the different areas we can use, like steam rooms, saunas, showers, warm and cold pools, and a nice lounge area with water, tea, and light snacks. We were then met by our masseuses who gave us a hour long full body swedish massages. I'm not big on massages but it was quite pleasant. The masseuses were very nice and gave us a good massage. However next time, I'd probably want a massage with a little more pressure. They have some other great massages such as the Lava Melt Massage, a massage using a natural therapeutic infused candle that melts into a warm, silky aromatherapy massage oil; or the Therapeutic Surrender, a intense massage designed to release areas of chronic pain and tension. Upon arriving, I was welcomed by Robert who greeted and service me well including a discount by using my friend's Caesars card. A great start! On the layout, I thought it was odd that you have to go through the spa store to get to the pool and from the women's lounge/roman baths (steam room, sauna and hot and cold pools) to the massage/facial rooms. In the waiting area, they offer all sorts of nuts, iced herbal tea, hot tea and water. It was fairly quiet until one lady was yapping on her phone loudly. I think the spa should disallow talking on phones in the waiting area. I was pleasantly surprised that my 75 min deep tissue massage comes with 2 complimentary services on weekends (hair and scalp treatement, back scrub, aromatherapy, foot scrub, foot paraffin). I got the foot scrub and foot paraffin which made my feet super smooth since I have cracked heels. The deep tissue massage was good and as I expected it but not painful like some deep tissue massages I have received. This massage came with a hefty price $263.23 which they include a 18% gratuity so you don't have to think of adding a gratuity at the end of your treatment. read more

I went there at 9 in the morning so it was pretty quiet. The relaxing lounge had drinks, snacks and fruits. I got package #1. I started out w/ a Swedish massage. The masseur was very friendly. She took care of me well. It was kinda chilly inside the room but I got a warm towel on every part of my body that she wasn't working on. Love it!!! I then finished off w/ foot reflexology. I wish she could have applied more pressure but oh well. She then took me back to the relaxing lounge. Another lady came to get me for a 50 min facial and lip and & eye treatment. Her name was Yuette (not sure of the spelling) and she was def knowledgeable. She recommended the microdermabrasion mask which made my skin feels a little tingly and kind of uncomfortable since it was my first time. My skin def feels MUCH better after. I then took my time to explore the roman bath, sauna and etc. It was super clean. I spent about 4 hours there. The only con was the price. My package was $350 and when I came there, they made me pay first. Tip was an additional $65 and another $30 for service charge and taxes. The mask was an extra $30. It was at least $100 than what I intended to pay. I will def go back but probably just get a facial since you get a little massage w/ it as well. read more

The massage was as said relaxing but not enough pressure I guess the style of massage is different if you choose the relaxation massage. The masseuse was very attentive & sweet but I think they can't really use pressure or work out the kinks. The deal is $100 I believe mon - thur for a massage or facial. My husband enjoyed his massage we Went together but at no point saw each other. The spa it self is very nice & the sitting area to wait is very nice as well. It was an impromptu plan after seeing their mid week specials ad on boardwalk. Called them and made an appointment for a 50 minute Swedish massage. I've arrived early, met with my masseuse Maureen. She was nice and friendly. After taking a tour of the facilities, got my locker, changed and waited in the relaxation lounge. The music was soothing, they had an iced tea with vanilla which was quite refreshing. My massage was very relaxing, perfect pressure! Maureen was persistent with my stubborn knots. I definitely recommend her. I did not use the pools or sauna but they look well maintained. The showers were clean. Overall a good experience and I would do it again read more

The day I spent at the Qua was a girls getaway birthday weekend in AC that started on Thursday, February 9th 2012. On Friday, February 10,2012 I went to Qua with two other girlfriends I had a swedish massage the therapist was very nice and did an intense massage per my request. I then meet a fellow patron who recommended the steam room which I did then I headed for the showers . The shower was immaculate and then I venture to a lounge chair and read all the recent People magazines while looking at the three variations of pools. My inital appointment was eleven o'clock that morning and I did not leave the spa until four that afternoon. Must say the staff at the spa are cordial and provided an excellent oasis in the land of gambling heh. And I would definitely go back since I did the mid week spa special and utilized my spa finder discount courtesy of a friend of mine. read more

This place is amazing 10 stars would be the right rating I went to the Gym and as soon I walked in I was greeted with the biggest smile I'll never forget the Name It's as inviting as her personality. I checked in for the Gym she took care of me and before I knew it I was scheduling and appointment for facial and massage and WOW and Amazing experience. I walked into the Roman baths and Robin so attentive and dedicated its a Must. Caesars Atlantic City and the so the Qua baths and spa is the place to relax. read more
