Beth came to my home, brought everything needed for the treatment, set it up and all I had to do was lay back, literally and enjoy the treatment and it's benefits. Today I booked the 3-zoned FAR-Infrared Sauna Blanket for a whole 60 minutes. Totally worth it!! She set up the blanket, plugged it in, laid our new plastic liners, once I got settled, she zipped me up and I felt like I was snug as a bug in a well...sauna blanket. She turned the temp on to a level I was comfortable with, and sat back and visited with me while the blanket did it's job. I have osteoarthritis and am constantly in pain, and the heat that this blanket provided worked miracles. I truly feel so refreshed and pain free, from the heat waves working their infra red magic on my joints. But wait, that's not just it, I also feel lighter, fresher, more awake, like I have more energy to get going. As much as the blanket made me sweat, I feel like all the toxins in my body have been flushed and I can start today over.
