The Botox price at ideal can't be beat, but that's because at most other places the price includes the expertise of the injector. At ideal image the injectors are fresh out of whatever school they went to, if any. You will NEVER get the same person 2x. They argue with you when you tell them how many units you want. I wanted 6 units in my forehead because I want to retain some movement. Technician said I should get 20 and eventually I let her talk me into 10. I said I do not want droopy eyelids so please be careful. I've had droopy eyes on 2 other occasions at the same location. What are my results 2 weeks later? My forehead is completely frozen, might work for some, it's not what I wanted. I can't lift my eyebrows at all. But, worst of all, my eyelids are so swollen and droopy, more so on the left side so it's super uneven on top of it. I am so upset. Now I get to walk around like that for about 6 weeks until it starts to wear off. Sure, I have no lines, but I look like I got punched in both eyes, so you decide what look you would like.

Dr. Kusuma will perform the complete surgery himself. He will not allow a "surgical assistant" who has never attended college to close any incisions, or to perform any procedure. 5. After the surgery, every time you visit Dr. Kusuma, photos are taken. He meticulously compares your progress. 6. Dr. Kusuma will not let you go until he deems the final product to be perfect. He will follow through with various measures to achieve total perfection. 7. If you have any problems, it is easy to make an appointment. You will not be asked to wait weeks before you can see him. 8. Dr. Kusuma is very approachable. You will never feel fearful when presenting a concern. I called her this morning to find out what happened and she said that it was a mistake and she knows what patient it was for. I started to address my concerns of how this could happen being that I have been under the Medical Care of several doctors recently and had I not been vigilant and noticed this prescription is not one that I was aware of it could've caused problems. About 90 seconds into our conversation, she got rude and abrupt and hung up on me. This was totally uncalled for and unprofessional!!

Such a find in Plantation! Why do I give a 5-Star rating?: 1. Great customer service from Amanda (front desk) to the BEST Aesthetic P.A. (Physician Assistant), Amy. 2. Beautiful environment 3. You can be confident that everything is uber clean with Amy sensitive to preventing infection! I've known Amy from the Dermatologist I have been going to for several years. Her expertise in fillers, Dysport, Botox, is unsurpassed. As a medical professional myself, I look for certain qualities in any provider and Amy exceeds all my expectations from her credentials, her concern for the client's comfort (e.g. - minimal discomfort), to her gentle approach in her provision of cosmetic procedures. She knows to not 'overdo' as some cosmetic providers do and takes the client's desires along with her overall assessment of the client's face to determine what product/procedure would best enhance what one's features are. I am beyond satisfied with my results (lips and Dysport). I'm excited to know Face Envy will soon have mico-needling (The Vampire Facial) and am thrilled that Face Envy is in my backyard! It's been about 2 weeks since my appointment at Face Envy and all I can say is WOW. I consulted and was treated by "Amy" who is a Physician Assistant. I asked her about her credentials and she has been working in the field for 20 years. I'm middle aged and have been losing volume in my face and over the temple region. My lips were also naturally thin. Amy injected my temples, cheeks and lips and I really look amazing. The look is so natural but the changes changed my appearance and I swear I feel and look at least 10 years younger. I feel like I got my "sexy" back. Amy was extremely considerate and listened/answered all of my questions and concerns. There was NO sales pitch; I did not feel pressured into doing anything; I felt extremely comfortable. The location is also gorgeous, a new build out; decorated to have a spa-like feel. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, courteous and professional. I will definitely return, I would like to get botox on my forehead to smooth out expression lines. Absolute Asthetics Is a wonderful place these ladies go above and beyond the call of their job with the knowledge they have and the care and general desire to do everything they can to please you. I have had scheduling issues that were my fault at trying to arrange things to get into there to see them. Each time they never complained when i had to change at last minute. I just wanted to thank them for always keeping me positive when I feel that I'm a lost cause. Ive had trauma to the face and they have been the one place that makes me feel that everything is going to be fine. I was referred to Amy by my sister and her close friend. The office is clean, the ladies are super nice and very patient. I have been getting fillers for over 16 years and this practitioner is the most honest, knowledgable and skilled injector ever. Amy uses a Compound Numbing Cream which is the best numbing cream I have ever received. I didn't feel anything, which is incredible bc I have scar tissue which is normally hypersensitive. I came in wanting 40 plus units of botox and Amy said I didn't need it. What?? I have never heard this before. She would only do 20 units bc that is all I needed. I also wanted injections in my lips and bc I have severe scar tissue in my lips, Amy told me what would be best and we did fillers above the lip/lip fold. I wish I found her sooner because I have spent so much time, energy and money in the past trying to accomplish something that was really not possible. I had a great experience here! I have been wanting to get some more lip filler for awhile, so I went on Groupon and decided on this place because of their amazing reviews. Amy did my injections and she was very knowledgeable and kind. Being In the medical field myself, I really appreciate sanitation and cleanliness, and Amy was very careful to not cross contaminate; she changed her gloves several times when needed. Thats extremely important to me! It's worth noting that my appointment was for 1:00 and I wasn't out of there until 2:40, but I did feel very comfortable and they were able to answer all of my questions. Gets in there up to her elbows and gets to the bottom of your problem spots and fixes them. Yes sometimes it hurts a little but the end result is worth it. In woman speak she's the holy grail of the best closet you could ever walk into. The place smells nice, temperature is always just right, soothing and pleasant and you don't mind spending an hour in there plus when you come out your face feels and looks like a million bucks.
