I gave him the location, and he said he's on his way. Once he arrived my friend called me and thanked me and said that he was very helpful and comforting in her time of despair. He towed her car to a body shop that he was familiar with. He then told her if she needed help legally, meaning if she needed to be referred to a lawyer he also can help. My friend called me last night, to tell me that they picked up their car and the work that the Bodyshop did, was amazing. Thank you Chris for helping my friend. Tony wasn't pushy and even allowed us to voice our concerns without any pushback or offense taken. He also was very communicative during the whole process and guided us to a great choice. Rick was also great, transparent, and very helpful even after the purchase. He even added a piece to the car for me to fill comfortable purchasing. My suggestion is to search them out and work with them because it was a great experience. I purchased a 2016 Prius in February 2023 and love it. WARNING: Avoid Finance Manager Nic Esposito, he was rude, pushy, and aggressive. Even questioned my personal wishes and financial boundaries when clearly stated after the fact that the transaction was over. Be ready if you get thrown his way, avoid if possible. He also told her it wouldn't pass unless she did a fuel injector flush and manifold cleaning (no engine issues and the car's inspection isn't due until the middle of 2027). Nobody called me or texted me to authorize the additional work. No paperwork provided for the before and after alignment. A $160 oil change and tire rotation costed me $850 because the service advisor knew she could sucker my 17 year old daughter into doing unnecessary maintenance. Beware if you take your car here for routine maintenance. They also quoted her $240 to replace a $10 PCV valve. It takes less than 5 minutes to replace. Time to find another shop.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews".
