I had a rear end collision so I stopped in for an estimate and repair on May 5. They were jammed up and couldn't see me until June 18. I made an appointment for then. Just today Allstate calls me and said they canceled my appointment due to my rude behavior. What rude behavior? Nobody told me I was rude. I called them back today and was put on hold forever, then I hung up. The only thing I think may have been a factor is that I have a TRUMP/VANCE sticker on my bumper. No matter. I have an appointment Monday, May 19th with 3D Auto Body in Havertown. I'm sure they will at least treat me with respect. I will tell everybody to avoid Caliber Collision in the future. read more

This is an update to this crappy place. I take my car to get an oil change and the shop notices my tire has been placed on incorrectly. The inside of the tire is facing outward. It even says it on the damn tire. This place is a crap repair shop with no attention to detail. So I had to pay for my tire to be reinstalled properly and alignment! Also I have to get a new tire soon. There are chunks that have come out of my tire due to their lack of just doing a job. Update: I called their office today and they are going to reimburse for the service that was done to correct my tire and replace my tire in general. Everything we have asked them to do they have done. However I still hesitant to return to this place as my experience was less than stellar. read more

Dishonest. Rude. Additional work needed after initial estimate. Then there was a delay. No one would speak to me - all kinds of excuses - only 1 person could speak to me and left early, was in a meeting, etc. Finally got the car late and it had problems. They would not take responsibility. Stay away! read more

The staff was very polite and professional. I was told my car would be ready in at least 2 weeks depending on how fast the parts would arrive. In 2 days they called me to pick my car up. My car was hit by a student driver at a parking lot. I got several estimates though the student driver was willing to pay for the repair. Caliber's price was in the middle range and the expected wait time was long (4 weeks), but I chose Caliber nevertheless because I used Caliber before and was happy with its services. However, my frustration started there: - After 4 weeks of waiting, I dropped my car at Caliber. Two days later, Tom at Caliber informed me on the phone that the bumper he ordered could not support the reverse parking sensors I had on the car. He added that they were not well installed anyway. I told him they were in the right place and functioned well. - Since I had already waited for so long, I agreed to move on. (In hindsight, I should have backed off then.) The repair was supposed to be completed in 5 days, but the snow storm came (not their fault). One week after the storm (Day 14), there was still no update. So I called them and they simply said the car was not ready; no explanation or apology for being late or for not updating me of the situation. - Five more days later, they told me my car was ready and I asked for a pickup. They sent two people to drop off my car, which I was grateful for. Just before signing the paper, I noticed that the colors did not match and one side of the bumper was sticking out. I drove my car back to them, and they were not happy about it. - Without looking at my car, one woman came to tell me that the bumper had different reflection from they other parts. However, the bumper was not the only part they painted; they also painted the side panel, which also had a different color. Without checking the color, Tom came out to dismiss the wrong paint color but agreed to look at the mismatched part. I was about to leave my car there when he said he already sent two workers to drop off my car and that they were about to close (The time was 4:30pm. 5:30 is their close time). - I insisted on leaving the car there and walking home myself. Tom told me the car would be ready the next day (which is a Wednesday). Not hearing back on Wednesday, I called them again. This time Tom said they were busy and my car would be ready on Thursday. He said one of my original panels was repainted by some bodyshop (not true), as an excuse for the color mismatch. - On Thursday, Tom told me that he's not happy with the new painting either (guess they made the same mistake) and the car would be repainted. - On Friday, they called me to offer a car rental. I didn't take it because we didn't need it for the weekend. (Meanwhile, my wife had been taking Uber for her commute to work every work day for two weeks.) - On Monday, I called back again, only to be told that the car was not ready. So I took the rental offer. - Another Friday came around. Finally I was told the car was ready. The color was right this time, but the bumper still stuck out a little and none of the backup sensors worked. By then I was exhausted by the process and simply took the car. read more

Brought it in looking for an estimate but They even go out if their way to help scrub paint off and didnt even charge me for it! The nicest repair shop on the main line. Friendly service. They keep you informed of the progress made to your car through text message (if you went) and they tell you step by step what part of the repair process your car is in. They don't make you feel ashamed for getting into an accident. They do a great job fixing your car and it looks like brand new. I wound up at Caliber Collison because of a recent car accident. They work with my insurance company and were one of the recommended/preferred repair facilities. My experience with them was great! Communication was terrific - I got regular updates on the status of the repairs via text and when I had questions there was always someone available and willing to speak with me live. The actual repair took nearly a week less than they had anticipated, which was a nice and unexpected bonus. Additionally, everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly and very understanding about my desire to get back in my car as soon as possible. The car (which was brand new), looked as good as new and int he unlikely event I have any issues with any of the repair work, they stand behind it with a warranty. While I hope I won't need another repair shop in the future (!), I would definitely use them again. read more

When I initially scraped my door and mirror on a post I was sad. At first I took my car to a GEICO insurance shop, who wouldn't work on it because of a small strip of unrelated rust damage on a nearby fender. So I called these guys. Fixed the door and mirror AND the unrelated rust strip, detailed the car (which I was not expecting), handled the car rental, provided me with daily text updates and buffed and polished my car until it looked like new. Michelle was so amazing during the whole process, she got me checked in (pushing closing hour on a Friday!), kept me updated during my whole experience (consistent text messages) and checked out with ease. So very nice and positive. My car was ready earlier than expected and they did a fantastic job. car took longer than promised. When I finally went to get it they forgot to fix some of the damage. They said they would call when the part came in. After 2 weeks, I called. The part had just arrived. (amazing coincidence). Also if you are forced to deal with Enterprise do not trust them to leave the keys at Caliber for them to pick up. I did and they didn't and I was charged 2 extra days. While the rental sat that there, it was hit by a hit and run and I had to pay for the damage to the rental. (so weird) read more

She explained the damage, process and all the information I needed to know about how the car would be fixed in such a courteous manner. I was even more impressed that they did a detailed cleaning of the inside of my car even though they were just replacing the bumper.
