I was so sad and shocked when i got the call everyone dreads. I googled bail bonds and this place showed up, along with others, but what stood out is that that they had many locations. You see i am very untrusting when it comes to certain things, that is why i go by a point system lol. This to me was a good sign (1+ point), especially with something so serious as a bail company. When I spoke to Tony, I explained that i couldnt drive far since i had a sleeping child, he was so nice! (2+ point) he was able to come meet me. (3+ point) I asked if they offered discounts, he asked me acouple of questions and thanks to AARP i was able to get one (4+ point) he also explained that he might be able to get us a payment plan if we were interested (5+ point) . I was bummed out thinking i would have to drop all this cash up front, that when i found out about their payment plan i decided to go ahead and use them. Ok let me start by saying I never thought I would have to use a bail bonds let alone be so happy with the experience that I would want to write a review. My husband called me from jail and I didnt know what to do, so I jumped on Google and found Absolute Bail Bonds. Sherry the woman who answered the phone was so nice and caring she walked me thru the whole process and then set me up to meet the agent Steve. Not a Great fit for anyone. Don't waste your money. Find Bailboys or some other company who shows some respect, interest to work with you and a very good discount(less than 8 percent). They won't understand your pain. They play with your emotions and money. I had very bad experience with them. No single person in the company supports to resolve my issue with working agent. Having no prior experience myself at dealing with the bail process the bail agent took his time to explain all options and guided me through. Such a positive team and great customer service sometimes u feel like your bugging asking all these questions but they did not make me feel that way at all. They made me feel at home they were very patient with me i did not have a car to go meet the agent to finalize paper work and the agent worked with me and took care of me.
