I have several hundred employees, and one of my crew had his son who just graduated from UCLA was arrested in Pomona because of a Bar fight.. Of course the family was scared, and had no idea of where to turn. If I can give no stars then I would. This is the worst bail bonds you can TRY to go through, and I say try cause they will change there requirements per phone call. Each time u call you home I'll need to meet new requirements and will get to talk to someone new who doesn't know what they are talking about and only know how to say "we need more money down and more co signers..." even with a lil over the 1% down and with 3 co signers they STILL wanted more of each. All they want is your money ... unprofessional, no sympathy for your situation at all and RUDE (especially from the billing dpt) .... Only got good customer service from Henry and William. .... I was transferred to a supervisor and he wouldn't tell me his name, heated conversation transpired then he told me in a high voice "you're already talking to the higher ups, I am the executive and that you're already getting a good deal" .... What a joke ... if you are an executive, why not be professional ... well, he wasn't professional at all.‍ ... Not even sure if he was an executive!??? ... because I called back and asked to be transferred to your executive and all the representatives didn't even know where to transfer me to and it took the representatives a looonng time to look in there directory and from there response - it was like "ummm, I don't even know who is the executive of the company!?‍ All they want is your money - there is no compassion or sympathy ... customer service from all of them is beyond horrible ... like I said - I only got 2 great service (from Henry or William) ....
