Most of the people here are very considerate, respectful and understanding. Sometimes life happens, and one is late. I didnt get the "Supervisors" name, but to think that such good people are under his leadership is insane. I returned a call to explain that I would be late, being that I just picked up a lot of work... his words were "thats not how this works, fullfil your obligation" and other crap. Rude, inconsiderate, and entices you. Once he got to me I began treating him like he was treating me, and added a couple words of endearment, known as "cause words" then he toned it down, and flipped it. absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with the bail bonds company. There's no consistency in service. No one knows what the next agent has done after paying them. My girlfriend was still in jail for an additional 48 hours almost lost in the system. When following up for assistance, I was told that the bigger cases going on, asked why I was billing her out if she was going to court the next day, and have my concern dismissed by every single agent. I spoke with man and woman. No one care that my mother just passed away nor did they care that her grandmother was sick. They only care about getting your money and they will never give you the entire or the information regarding your case. after I the bond was never posted by them they could continue to have no concern at all, forgetting my girlfriend back to her family. Prior to posting bail, they were persistent with phone calls, but once I paid my money and signed my paperwork, I received no phone call or email verifying that bond was posted. When I called to ask what was going on with the bond (7 hours later), the woman who answered the phone was rude, she was cutting me off and telling me that she couldn't help me or answer when I should head down to pick up my family member. I reiterated to her that I was not expecting a specific time, more so, a time frame, bc my family member has a disability, and I need to be there to receive him, so he is safe. Her excuse was that its my responsibility to call them, and that it is not their job (bc they don't have time) to contact clients in order to let them know bond is posted. She also explained that she doesn't have time to communicate with me the bond process every step of the way. Im sure if I stopped paying, they'd have all the time in the world to call and email. While I have no expectations for the necessity of a bail bond in the future, if I do, I will not return to this company, nor would I recommend them. At first, I had an amazing experience with Ramiro. He was knowledgeable, straight forward and, respectful of my time. He was unavailable today when my brother went in to sign the papers required by them. A little while ago we were assisted by a female with a horrible attitude. As if her attitude wasn't bad enough for us to deal with, she asked for assistance from the female in the attached picture. This woman yelled at my brother in the most disrespectful tone simply for asking for a paper with a clearer format as the paper he was given was faded and he was unable to see what it was he was about to sign. What baffles me is that people like this are allowed to work in a place of this magnitude. People who are allowed bail are still INNOCENT until proven guilty in a court of law, which means they do not and should not have the right to judge somebody based off their vulnerable circumstances. People are falsely accused on a daily basis and should not have to endure judgement especially when they are paying for the assistance from this company and it is NOT free. If you cannot handle cases with the professionalism this job requires of you then you need to find another job. I was very unsatisfied with their services. They are very unorganized and rude. I bailed my husband out and was told that all of the paperwork and signatures required from the co-signers was complete and to bring the down payment so they can post his bail. After waiting almost a full day, thinking he already going through the process of getting released I was told that that 3 out of the 4 co-signers was missing proof of address and that a ankle monitor was also needed and also had to be paid for, which should have been communicated before the down payment was taken. After expressing to one of the agents that I wasn't satisfied with their services I was told that since I wasn't a co-signer that I could not complain which was rude because I just gave you almost $9000 (not the co-signer) which also make me a customer. First time I heard of bail hotline was when my best friend called and asked me to go down there to co sign for him to get out of jail. First of all, they bail people for 1% down! That is very cheap. And just like they advertise they will work with you on payments and they are very fair about it. Even on the monthly payments they are reasonable and if one month you need a couple extra days to pay and you contact them before your monthly payment is due, they have always been able to work something out so no payments are missed. They have always been very understanding and helpful. Any questions ive had have been answered pretty directly and clearly. As long as they know you as a good client, they do what they can to make this whole process as easy as possible. I've only had a couple issues with miss communications or wrong information but that wasnt with bail hotline, it was while talking to their insurance company, not while dealing with hotline.... read more
