He understood that I had been having a very hard time trying to bail out my close friend over the weekend. WOW - EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE FOR AN UNPLEASANT SITUATION!!! I never thought I would have to call any Bail Bond Service but here I was last Sunday at 3am. The experience was, in summary, an extraordinary service - something I absolutely did not expect! The professionally and courtesy as well as the patience to explain the whole process to someone who has never dealt with anything like this, made this event, although I hate to say it, a truly pleasant experience. I was supposed to pay $2,000 for a $20,000 bail and it was clearly explained that this money was not to be returned and entirely used for the service to file the papers, serve it and to get my friend back out. It first sounded steep but then I was offered a $400 refund if we hired a private criminal lawyer. When I said that I would definitely do it, Jerry instantly offered to only charge $1,600 and to pre-issue the refund without me even having hired the attorney yet. As I couldn't leave my house to go downtown to sign the paperwork, they even sent someone to come to my house for my signatures. I was updated every 30 minutes of the process and my friend was set free at 12:30pm.
