EXCELLENT service and I highly recommend absolute plumbing to everyone!! I had been really stressed by having a continuous water leak that was actually ruining my hardwood floors. I called and Tom was out within a half hr to tell me what was wrong. This guy knows his stuff! When he left I felt like I 100% understood the problem when I had been getting the run around. I called absolute on a Sunday with an emergency. He didn't charge me for a weekend fee. Tom came and cleared the problem and it only cost 85 bucks! He also check the pipes and showed us and explained why the clog occurred. I called back to days later and asked him to do the repairs. He did great job and the prices were great! read more

I was so pleased with the response and the work done. Our Water Heater went out Saturday morning and I called Absolute Best Plumbing at 8:30 AM. By 12:00 PM they were working on replacing the unit. By 3:00 PM they were done. Very professional in all aspects of the work. They even replaced several items that were not included in the initial estimate, for no charge. Oh my gosh, I LOVE this company. I will ONLY ever call Tom. This is the only plumbing number you'll ever need. He is amazing! He works with your schedule, and is not only the cheapest priced plumber, he is honest and efficient. This guy believes in the good o'l days of the handshake meaning something. He came right on time, fixed my leaking outdoor faucet in less than 15 minutes, gave me a huge discount and then offered to take my junk to the junk yard. Seriously? These guys were amazing! Diagnosed the issue and fixed a broken pipes. They had to cut into my wall but did it neatly so it was easy to fix. They guarantee their work for a full year. Good service is easy to recognize. So is great service! Great service includes helping your customer when there's a problem a week or two after a dishwasher installation was done. BEWARE for anything other than basic jobs! If I could rate our experience with Zero stars I would. I have never left a negative review on anyone's work until now. Longer story made as short as possible. Tom was supposed to re-plumb the whole house and install a new shower in bathroom (that he offered and said without a doubt he could do). As soon as the work started everything started going bad. No communication, left the house a mess every day, did not clean up anything nor did they try to protect the brand new floors in the hallway that they walked down (which they left a gouge in). First issue was a leak (that I found) in their fitting which wasn't soldered correctly but that was just a minor issue. Once he started on the shower (that he helped pick out and approved) nothing went right. He installed the pan without checking the walls, then said the walls were flimsy and blamed us for not getting better walls. We couldn't return them because he already installed the pan. Had to get a new set of walls and basically start all over. Ripped out the new sheet rock to install the new walls. They didn't line up. Started installing the shower doors....they put them in wrong and said that the manufacture sent them a set that was missing parts....I found the instructions and found it wasn't missing parts, but they put the parts on wrong. He was going to leave the door with a 1/2" gap at the bottom where the water leaked out because " the glass was cut with a taper".....No, the problem was that they installed them wrong, and he said the instructions they had didn't show the pieces they installed wrong but somehow I managed to find it in minutes. Finally got them in so that it was serviceable, and started sealing everything up. The caulking is horrendous! Looks terrible, not cleaned up at all, had to be redone multiple times. Tom would say he's having his guys come polish some stuff up, but then they would ruin the caulking so he would have to redo it then the same thing happened. Then the new walls didn't line up with the doors, a quick measurement would have figured that out, so now the doors stick well above the wall which they just tried to fill with more caulking and looks horrible... Then after all this, he finally gets it in... On the last day, he says, " Alright, everything is in and finished...but I have some bad news ,we just found a leak (the second one)". He tells us there is a leak in his fittings inside the wall behind the shower....That they "couldn't test" it before they sealed the walls up? Then Tom tried to blame my parents for it all and why it took so long (the job was bid for two weeks but this lasted almost a month) ....even though they tried to ask him questions and ask him what they should get every single conversation... After that we walked away from having Tom work on our house cause it was getting ridiculous...Now we are having to pay thousands more for another company to come redo and fix all the work that we paid Tom to do. Do yourself a favor and call Sheraton instead. Much more professional, actually took the time to cover the floors and put down mats so they didn't ruin anything. I see there are a lot of positive reviews here but they must have been small jobs and basic fixes. I would not recommend Tom for any larger jobs like ours. read more

Tom and his assistant were able to come over within 20 minutes to fix a bath faucet that we couldn't turn off. They shut off the water, ran out to get a new part, and had the whole thing fixed within an hour. Professional and friendly too. They are the absolute best- and fastest! read more
