I had very bad experience with Branden last month. He was suppose to give me an estimate amount of the problem to get fixed but instead he performed service without my permission in my house I was not present there and upon asking he said he never read my text like what? Whose fault id that? and he charged me $386.74 for just changing the two rings under the kitchen sink and hardly spent 25 minutes according to my tenant. By the way the dripping problem is still there and not fixed. I will never call him again. He took advantage of my situation. I want everyone to be aware of him. The quality and cost of work should have been anywhere from $125- $170. in my opinion. Outrageous! I am shocked! I could take him to small claims court because I have my text to prove. I paid him exactly the invoice amount and will never look back at him ever again. Deleted his contacts. I just wanted to make sure everyone is aware of him and not give him the opportunity to take advantage of like he did to me. read more

WOW....These days hardly nothing impresses me anymore. BUT.... Mark of Rubie's Plumbing sure did. I was dreading what would be involved to fix two plumbing problems. Expected to have to mortgage the house to fix them ... BUT .... Mark came out and in no time had them fixed and presented me with a bill that was one third of what another plumber had quoted me. He was polite, cheerful and even showed me pictures of his daughter. I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone who has been burned or for the first time callers. He actually likes his job..
