Extremely disappointed in my visit here today... appointment was set at 2:30.. didn't get seated until after 3. (No worries, it happens!) The older lady helping us was very rude and didn't have anything nice to say to my friend (bride) or myself, guest. The selection was very limited for all sizes (not size inclusive) and over all, the lady helping us was so rude. We didn't feel welcomed. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

On my recent trip back home to Midland for the holidays, I accompanied my best friend to Absolute Bridal for her first Wedding Dress shopping experience! As the bride's "Man of Honor" I was unsure of what to expect since this is my first time to be involved in a wedding, but having watched the movie "Bridesmaids," I still had high expectations for this bridal shop. Walking in, we were immediately greeted by a friendly dress consultant - we had made an appointment beforehand in order to avoid an Annie-like mistake like on "Bridesmaids." When you first walk through the door, the store seems small at first but you'll soon realize that the rest of the store holds a large space with a solid selection of dresses from a wide array of designers and styles. After relaying some preliminary information to the dress consultant about the bride's taste, style, and fitting requirements, we were given a tour of the store and the dress consultant was great about explaining everything we needed to know. Once we were shown the different dresses the bride could try on, we were then taken to the gorgeous fitting room, complete with ideal lighting, generous seating, and charming decor. We were so glad to also find out that they also offered complementary champagne - just like on "Bridesmaids!" Once the bride picked out the first few dresses to try on, the bridal party was able to wait on her in the dressing room while she put each dress on behind the curtains. The bridal consultants were great throughout our visit and confidently answered all of our questions and assured us of what all they could help us with. Even though they didn't have any dresses in the bride's size, they did an excellent job at clipping and fitting the dress the best they could, which still allowed the bride to shine in dresses that would have otherwise been too big. The staff was super supportive and knowledgable and you could tell they were experienced in the wedding industry. Overall, I highly recommend this place to shop for any bride's special day! Tilly and her staff were absolutely phenomenal and made our bride's first wedding dress shopping experience one to remember. read more

am completely appalled by the behavior of the staff here. I was personally slammed left and right with rude comments. So we walk in the door they give my sister cards and ask her to pick 3 cards that describe her big day instantly my sister looks at me completely confused and puzzled ( I'm her wedding planner) so I walk over to where she is sitting to help explain to her and the girl at the desk says ""oh I get it she's the bride and your the bridezilla!"" (Seriously lady) I shrugged it off a chuckle a little even though it bothered me. We continue and are taken to the back where the extremely unprofessional consultant addresses me as the bridezilla. (Now I'm getting mad) ... then while looking at the very very small selection they have she asked how strict is the budget I answered because I'm the one paying for her dress and I start pulling dresses of different styles and prices because my sister has no idea what she dose or dose not like and it was going to be a surprise that I was going to foot the bill for her so one of the dresses I pulled was to no ones liking and we made a few jokes then Apologized for poking fun she returns with "I don't care" looks at me and says "I didn't pick it." Wow lady rude! My mind was made up now you just lost a $2000 Commission!!!! Whom ever owns this place you seriously need to talk to your staff on what basic sales Etiquette is, let alone first class sales Etiquette as a bridal shop should be when your asking people to shovel out thousands of dollars on a dress that is only worn once. read more

Love love love this store! So happy with the service, the employees knew their stuff but did not make me feel dumb about not knowing. They were very professional and the atmosphere was so cute and beautiful. Very well put together. Their seamstress she is amazing and pretty much can make anything happen. It was nice coming here especially after going to 11 different stores before. And finding several dresses i loved. read more

Tilley couldn't possibly be any easier to work with! I changed my mind a couple times and she was always cheerful and accommodating and when I called her 4 days before my wedding bc I thought something should be reinforced, she was more than happy to just let me drop in and she fixed my issue right then and there. Her alterations to my dress were perfect, and she was able to make my dress much more comfortable for me. Can't recommend her enough! read more
