One tux was perfect, now be aware they were both ordered the same day to be picked up at the same time, one was here and the other was coming in the day after the event. The manager told us to be there at 1:00 the next day and the tux would be there, we went, there was a note on the door saying "we will return at 2:30". What!?!? The tux didn't make it! After a harrowing day a piece mill tux was put together, purple tie with a stain, pants that came out of someone else's order (hmmmm). 1 shirt that wasn't ordered, crazy. The day after the event it was a battle for a refund! Basically, the manager (charming) called me a liar, would not let me finish a sentence, and worse... when she came out of the back she looked like she had been sleeping. Unbelievable, I guess she was tired and cranky.

RUN for your life. They don't even launder. They just dip your stuff in starch, press and put it…read moreback on the wrack. I swear. I wasted hundreds of $$ trying to get my shirts cleaned. They all came back with collar and cuff dirt. I asked them to do it again ....but had to pay up front. They they just dipped it in MORE starch, pressed and sent it back to me. I don't know what kind of scam they are running. So RUN don't walk away.
