So I spoke to receptionist explaining that my pump was running and would not shut off and I need to know why etc check my crawl space to make sure no leaks pressure switch was not bad so a so called plumbing tech came to see what was wrong in the mean time I did nothing but get calls and get txt messages from my wife about pump etc all while so called technician is there so flash forward so called tech states I need a new pump etc and then leaves. However, they weren't able to unclog the sink after an hour of effort and recommended I tear out the wall and start replacing pipes. I called the other McCalister plumbers out of West T and they were able to unclog it within 15 minutes. I don't know enough about plumbing to know what should be "hard" or not, but I was surprised they couldn't fix it and even more surprised after the other company fixed it so quickly.

They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable and fixed my Mom's well leak caused by an old pressure tank that had been left in line. He has great equipment and left no mess after digging up around her well to remove the old pressure tank and reconnect plumbing and electrical lines. We felt their pricing was reasonable considering all the work they did and the equipment required to remedy the situation.
