You start with low power and progress to high power over the course of a few months. I definitely got reduction in hair in all my treatment areas! Certain areas are not as complete results because of hormones and skin pigmentation, but I love the results overall. The set some expectations, it does require maintenance in the long term, but far less than waxing or shaving. After the initial monthly sessions for a year, I come back once every two to three months. I was also sad to see Kaitlin go and there seems to be a lot of turnover in terms of staffing. After the laser's re-calibration, I can't lie - the laser is at least a 5/10 painful (10 being completely unmanageable pain). But, all the staff are friendly and sessions are quick. I love their end of year special where you get BOGO giftcards, so I stock up and pay for the laser I need for the year. I am a regular here!

Now I feel like I have to start the growth process all over again. They are completely uneven. I have no idea where to start. I think she knew she messed up cause at the end of it she asked if I wanted henna eyebrows. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I won't be returning. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
