Very great job with threading and henna eyebrows. I come every month and much better than wax.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable. She immediately commented on how uneven and "horrible" my eyebrows looked, which was off-putting. She then asked where I'd had them done before and proceeded to criticize several nearby threading salons, mentioning that she personally knew the owners. The whole interaction felt very unprofessional and strange. I also specifically asked to keep my brows as thick as possible because I'm trying to grow them out, but unfortunately they were threaded much thinner than I requested. Now I feel like I have to start the growth process all over again. They are completely uneven. I have no idea where to start. I think she knew she messed up cause at the end of it she asked if I wanted henna eyebrows. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I won't be returning. I have had my eyebrows threaded many times but this was the worst. I thought it was weird that she walked away without saying she was done or giving me a mirror to see. She just went straight to the register and after a few seconds i realized she was done and went to pay. She was nice enough and I was happy to find a place more convenient than the place I usually go to. I got to my car and checked and one eye brow is higher than the other and she left brows that I have to pluck on both eyes. read more

Hi I got my eyebrow done here and when I checked out she added 1.00 for credit card and 3.00 for tip and the total came to 20.00. That is all fine except she gave herself the tip. I asked her about it and she said I ripped her this but there was never an option for tip. All I saw was that it went from 16.00 to 20.00. She lied to me which is super unprofessional. I just wanted to warn people because this has never happened to me before. read more

There wasn't an eyebrow threading salon in Novato until now! I couldn't be happier the Eyebrow Station is open. The owner was friendly and worked fast. I was in and out in 10 minutes! The price is very reasonable, $12. They are open 7 days a week. This will be my regular spot from now on. It is located in the Novato Fair Shopping Center between Supercuts and Habit Burger. The parking lot is busier at peak times but there is always parking nearby. read more

I rarely leave 1-star reviews, but I feel extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the eyebrow service I received. I've been here before with a different person who was sweet and took into account what I wanted which was usually only eyebrow cleanup. However, this time, the person who attended me was rude, constantly calling me "hun" and pointing out that I had whiteheads and poor skincare, insisting I needed more threading without my consent. Because another client was waiting, she rushed through my service, causing the thread to break multiple times, which made it extremely painful. She didn't clean or soothe my eyebrows afterward, nor did she show me the result with a mirror. Instead, I was charged $32 (not including tip) and was sent off on my way. When I got home, I realized I had been charged for almost a full face of threading, and worst of all, nearly all of my eyebrows were removed, leaving me with very thin lines and few hairs left. Stay away from this place!!! I have been going there a few times ,at first it was good but that place went down hill completely!! To start with It's very dirty , the chairs where you seat on to get the treatment I noticed are filthy .. pieces of thread from the previous client are "hanging " on the back of the head rest of the chairs pretty gross The lady that did the threading on me was very rude !!! Finally Novato has a quick, quality place to walk/run in and get a good brow threading! I was able to walk into the shop shortly after 11 and get seated immediately, had a great technician that shaped my brows perfectly and she didn't even hurt me in the process. Defiantly recommend this place! Oh yeah and the price is perfect!!! read more

This is the first time where I didn't feel like I was being tortured. I put off getting by lips threaded because it is always so painful. The longer you put it off, the more painful it is. Well not this time. I had a wonderful woman named Rita, and she was amazing. She told me that they use a different type of thread. Rita's usual schedule at the Novato shop is Wednesday and Friday. How lucky that I got her on a Thursday. And prices are very reasonable - eyebrow, lips and chin for $24. I will definitely be back. read more

Threading and tinting my eyebrows was a new experience for me. I was excited to get my eyebrows colored with henna. According to the eyebrow specialist, henna is not used for eyebrows. As I was about to leave, the female (Eastern Indian eyebrow expert inquired if I am interested in having my eyebrows threaded and tinted. I made it evident to her that During my chemotherapy years, my eyebrows became thin and sparse. As an artist, my knowledge of color, digital graphic design, and eyebrow creation for women who have lost their eyebrows due to cancer or other reasons is extensive. My retirement leaves me with a lack of knowledge about the current world of eyebrow methods. I am cognizant of the fact that my goal is to listen to my clients and provide them with high-quality eyebrows using my coloring expertise for makeovers. My talent lies in creating eyebrows with eyebrow pencils. As a consequence, I believed that I was not a suitable candidate. Worst scenario, the tinted application left my eyebrows significantly exactly the same. I expressed my gratitude to her, but did not reveal my dissatisfaction. Instead, I smiled and left with my husband. Once I sat in my car I immediately started to pencil my eyebrows in the car. Now, here's my reason for giving 1 star, only because I was not given the option to give no stars. As we approached our next destination, my husband mentioned that he saw the specialist using the same thread that had already been used on me by another client who was sitting next to me.
