I had a plumbing issue in one of my bathrooms. Several days…read morelater (on a Saturday, of course), I realized there was a lot of water in the basement (below the bathroom) and I could still hear dripping. Everything in the basement is water logged, and hard for me to move since I have a bad back. Not much I could do until Davis called Monday. We chatted for a few moments, and his first available appointment was for next week. This morning he called and said he had a cancellation and could come check out my issue(s). He was very close by and arrived within a few minutes. He saw all the issues and said "good news - bad news". He told me what I was seeing hanging from the ceiling where the tiles had given way not a plumbing line but an HVAC line. Great. But he then gave me several suggestions on what I could do myself to mitigate some of the issues resulting from the main problem. David could have told me all sorts of things, but he was very honest, and forthright with me. I sincerely appreciate this since I am "older" and have no clue about house plumbing. David is polite, funny, personable (I made a few comments about my situation very sarcastically, he came right back with a response - very quick witted!), honest and helpful! I was expecting to have to come up with a king's ransom (what do I know - I was preparing for the worst ...) and he elevated my concerns (fears). David is such a wonderful man, I (almost) wish I did have plumbing issues so I could hire him! I know that is something does come up in the future, I am definitely giving him a call! No matter what you already know, they won't schedule to fix it until they come out and look. This 'service call' is a minimum 2 hour call charge. 2. They literally won't schedule the work until after this service call. This means that if appointments to do the *actual work* are booking for 2 days from when you call, they won't block off an appointment for you, even if you agree to have the service call. You will get an appointment to actually fix the problem 2 or 3 days from the service call which is also days away. This means that you will have to wait days longer to get things fixed. Days matter when you have no sewer and have to stay in a hotel. Little known fact. If you call MUB they will post your job on an employee forum, so you can find someone that works for the city to help you in their personal time. I got someone out the same day it was posted, the price was right, and it was to code since this was his day job.

Do not hire this company. They don't stand behind their work. Contract called for full…read morereplacement of pipe from the ceiling to the floor. Only replaced first three feet from ceiling down. Told me that the leak was fixed. Ran the water and no leak. Had the wall re-drywalled. Didn't put the toilet back in and left the flange two inches above the floor and glued it on knowing it had to be taken back off so the toilet could be installed flush. Wouldn't return phone calls or respond to text messages. Had to hire another plumber who had to tear out the flange and replace it so the toilet would mount flush. Once everything reinstalled turned the water and had a leak on the floor where the pipe was to be replaced to and wasn't. Had to tear wall back out and had yet another plumber come and redo all the work this company had done and not done. Terrible. Stay away from and do not hire.

I originally posted the following review about a month ago. After I posted it, I was contacted by…read morethe company begging me to remove my review and they would work with me to solve my problem. Against my better judgement, as well as Yelp itself telling me I should not remove the review, I went ahead and removed it. Well, no solution to my problem was ever presented and the issue(s) listed below still remain. No matter what happens from this point forward, I will not remove this review again! Below is my original review. I've thought long and hard about writing this review. This winter I had my main drain clog about 2 days before the big snowfall, during that vicious cold snap we had. Once the snow was finished and my crawl space was able to be accessed, I called Kaleb as I'm also a veteran. He came and tried to snake it, to no avail. He also commented that my crawl space was the cleanest he has seen. After not getting the main line opened with a snake, he said the only option is to "hydrojet" my line and that would free up any clog I had. He also said that he would knock off the $100 I paid for the snake from the $550 charge for the hydrojet. Well, the hydrojet didn't work and, in fact, made matters worse as all that water (and everything that was in my pipes) went all over my crawl space, which now has a terrible odor. He made no attempt to clean up the mess he made and it cost me a total of $550 to not have the problem solved and my house smell like shit! I'm sorry, but I expected more from one veteran to another. I guess now that the weather is getting nice, I'll have to pressure wash my crawl space myself. Not an easy task, being a couple months shy of 74 and not in the best of health! In short, I hate to say this about a fellow vet, but I do not recommend this company!
