Well... I'm going to start by they are over priced, when alI they do is rush you in and out. They don't take their time at all it's like their racing to see who can finish first. Pedicure cost 30 and up and they don't even scrub you feet well at all, two second of scrubbing and their done. I have to go home and scrub my own feet.... Two they rush to do you nails were you don't even wash your hands before they put on the polish so now you have bumpy nail polish on you nails... they rush you so much I walk out with my finger cut from filling and rushing.... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... took nails off the next day they were so easy to take off. read more

I went to this salon for the first time and didn't have a great experience unfortunately. My friend and I had an appointment at the salon and they took both of us back for pedicures right away. They did start working on my friend right away, but nobody came to do my nails until 45 minutes later. Then because it was getting close to closing time, they had multiple people working on me at once trying to rush to get me out of there. It wasn't the relaxing experience I was looking forward too. Because of the rush, my nails turned out horrible as well. There were bubbles and nicks and polish on my finger tips. I really was not impressed by the service and won't be going back. read more

I get my nails done every two weeks here. The manager, Henry, cares a lot about how everything runs. I would recommend the deluxe pedicure because it has this minty lotion that I love! My nails always last a long time, and if something breaks they will fix it for ya! read more

Overall they do an ok job. I've done my nails and have gotten a pedicure here on a few occasions. My nails usually come out nice, but I feel they skimp on the pedicure. They don't give sufficient scrubbing on the heels of your feet, so now if I'm getting a mani/pedi I'll usually go somewhere else. But if I'm only getting my nails done and the place I prefer is busy or closed, I don't mind getting my nails done here. read more

No idea why this place gets such good reviews. My experience was not good at all!! I came in for a simple mani/pedi. And now my nails feel rough, the cuticles weren't pushed back / cleaned up right, and the polish is uneven and over the cuticles. Plus, they quoted one price on the phone and then charged me $5 more when I got there. I can't wait to get home remove the polish and properly fill my nails. read more

I been going to this place for 13 years... been through all of their management changes but I will say this new staff is the worst...they can't take any type of feedback...Bella wants everything to be perfect even when it's not and she gets upset when a client is not happy with the service. had to go get my nails fixed 3 times because it would bubble right after I put the gel on. They are always willing to fix the problem, however with my busy schedule it's an inconvenience to keep going back to the nail salon. The staff is friendly, however the lady that worked on my pedicure was extremely rough and during the massage I could feel her nails digging into my skin. The guy that gave me a gel manicure had a shaky hand and I have two nails that are bloody because of him. While I was there a lady walked in because she needed her nail fixed from two days before. Another lady walked in from the previous day because her nails appeared to look dull. I was still charged full price even though the guy made my two fingers bleed. I wouldn't recommend going here. Gave this place 4 tries. I'm from Nyc and have never had issues with my nails. Every time I go here at least 4 tips fall off before the week is over. Love these guys! I've only gone twice and I've used Bella. She's very sweet and has done an amazing job on my nails. To perfection! My dip nails have lasted 3 full weeks. I even screwed up royally on 3 nails that broke from a door I was trying to close and she repaired them like new and didn't charge me a cent. Though I tried... she told me not to worry. If I had cash in hand I would have done so anyway. Oh and not to mention the environment... they're ALL so nice and so out going which is so hard to find! I highly recommend! read more

New to area and always turn to yelp for help. I walked in on a Monday and was helped immediately. I requested a pedi and mani and was extremely pleased. I can't remember the last time I had such a wonderful pedicure. Attention to detail and no rush. I got the deluxe pedi and was thoroughly pleased with the pampering. By the time the pedi was done I was a little tight on time to get to another appointment, so my mani was simple but complete with attention to detail yet again. Bella walk-in very upset yelling at Kat on why he took the client and not his appointment which was scheduled at 9:30. I found Bella to be very unprofessional and rude. The worst. You get what you pay for. My nails are uneven as well as the polish. There are spots where the polish is thin and you can see the nail underneath. They're already chipping and cracking and they aren't even 24 hours old. She also cut my thumb very deep so I can't even go somewhere else to get them fixed until that heals. read more

I was at work and a client came up to me and she had her nails done and they looked amazing. I had asked her where did she get her nails done and she referred me to this place -Absolute Nails. I called later thy day to see if there was any availability first as they were closing in one hour. I was able to get a gel fill done for $30 and my nails came out super nice.. better than what I expected, actually. The nail tech who did my nails filed the shape of my nails so beautifully, and the color I chose looks amazing. Not bad. I had a 5:30 appointment. They did my pedicure and everything was fine except for the guy who was doing my pedi didn't understand anything I was saying and I couldn't understand him. He didn't seem knowledgeable in what he was doing at all. I said what I wanted three times and I still had to hat him fix it after he first used regular polish instead of gel, then when he did gel, he didn't use the matte like I had asked for. Then to get my nails done I had a different technician. I think he was blind honestly. He didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut down, didn't push back my cuticles, then he placed the gems on my nails horribly. They are all not aligned correctly, the spacing is uneven, one gem was put in upside down which I didn't see until I left, and on my left hand he used 4 gems on my thumb, and in my right hand he used 5. Also, he used different gems that don't match, AND then he put the matte gel OVER THE GEMS SO THEY DON'T SHINE. What's the point of that? Anyways, needless to say, it was my first time and on an $80 job they only got a $5 tip from me, and I'll never come back again. I would've made them fix it and asked for a different technician if it wasn't past 7pm when they closed. Now I need to go to a different salon and have the gel redone and new gems placed on. The atmosphere is great, the place itself is very clean and very well upkept. Overall the experience was nice until towards the end. One of my nails touched the gentleman's gloves (Which was not my fault) and got messed up. Instead of redoing it he just put extra nail polish on top of the messed up nail to "cover it" and then asked if it was okay. I kindly asked him to re-do it and he did. Originally when I sat down I said I wanted a gel pedicure and a polish change the pedicure experience was great, but my nails are uneven and the gel is very clunky ....I emphasized multiple times that I just wanted a polish change, he gave me a manicure instead. When my bill came out to $75.00 I asked why it was so expensive for a polish change and gel manicure he said it was $35.00 for the pedicure PLUS an additional $20.00 for gel (which I feel is EXTREMELY overpriced) and the manicure was $15.00 (which I didn't ask for) although upset I paid the payment anyways. I provided him with a tip and he called me out because he felt the tip was too low. I was extremely embarrassed that he called me out in front of other guests and have decided I will not be going back there anymore, that was very unprofessional, I feel if you are upset because the tip is low maybe you could ask the guest how the service was to find out. I was very disappointed, the price I paid did not measure up to the service provided. It was a rip off. read more

This place has some nerve. Don't let the reviews fool you as it did me. When I came in they were like a typical salon and greeted me, which I can appreciate. However the old man that did my toes went a bit too deep and now my foot is pulsing and in pain so now my pedicure for $25 is ruined. Onto my hands, another male made them into bubble acrylic nails- too fat for my slender fingers. I think he knew he messed up because the entire time he kept coping "oh they're so sparkly, they look so nice". Yeah, if they sparkle that doesn't always necessarily mean it's nice. $35 dollars - gone. The only redeeming thing was my eyebrows but when I tipped the guy had a slick comment since my expression wasn't pleased and all I wanted to do was to get the hell out of there. $60+ down the drain when I could've probably gone to TLC for better care and less snarky commentary.
